Agreed, but that’s not what I was suggesting.


In my opinion, criminals using the dark web to exchange illegal images are not going to take the risk of making facebook friend requests.
Again, I’m not suggesting anything was posted to the dark web, but you might want to look into what TK’s circle were openly “liking” on FB. While the content wouldn’t be classified as CP there is something unsettling about grown men “liking” numerous photos of toddlers in swimwear or leotards. When these same men follow each from profile to profile that’s alarming. That’s just my opinion anyway.

Lastly, I don’t have a specific opinion regarding TK’s actions or intentions, I’m just curious about the digital footprint he has left behind, that’s all.

The points you've made are valid and thanks for posting them. I tend to agree. Saying this I would think LE would investigate further just to make sure there is no nefarious ring of people in this case. So it is possible LE will look to see if anything is amiss with TK's circle of friends or associates.

Re: thoughts that CS might have woken up and wandered at the campground - I don't think so as her sleeping bag was gone too. It sounds like he just scooped her up, sleeping bag and all. It was probably quick. It seems he didn't take the time to separate her from her sleeping bag.

As for the speculation that TK may have wanted a daughter of his own - I can't for the life of me figure out why he took a white child who looks nothing like him, unless he planned to keep her hidden away for years.

I think this is something more sinister and that his online fantasy world was some sort of catfishing setup. Maybe he finally got brave enough to take a child after years of planning and fantasising. There are too many creepy things on his FB that make him look like he's "protesting too much."

ETA: I forgot to mention that the windows were blacked out and there was allegedly a lock on the outside of the room CS was in. That is some sinister sh*t.

I think it will have a very long-term effect on Jake and Ellie. Of course we don't know, and hopefully never will, find out what happened to CS, but children are resilient. IF he didn't mistreat her physically, hopefully she'll bounce back to her normal self sooner (whatever that means) rather than later, but I live in hope. I'm a glass half full sort of gal. I personally have no memories going back to that age and only have a few from when I was 6. I've asked some of my friends what age their earliest childhood memories are and they were nearly all the same as me. Having said that, we know that several of our members here have been through shocking ordeals, but I don't get the impression that anything gross happened to this dear little girl.

I don't think that a ransom was part of it, .. it is possible that he may have come round to that at some time, but generally speaking, in almost all known cases, a ransom note is delivered mighty early in the piece..

So.. a kidnapping without a monetary motive.

How long can someone hang on to someone else's kid for admiration purposes??.. I dunno. Was she part of his fantasy family? that's a possibility, .. he will never tell anyone that, though. Was she part of the story, , her being promoted as the Italian mother's grand daughter? ..

He seemed strongly determined to deny his own heritage and appropriate another. .. I don't see this as a failing, but I see it as a terrific problem for him to bring it off.

Some browsers let you log into multiple FB profiles at once with a drop down menu .. it might not have been that hard for him to interact between them that way. Instagram also allows this on your phone. I think he did all of it on his own, I think this was his own private little world.

I've wondered about his end game. CS became the most famous person in Carnarvon when she went missing. The community would likely have kept their eyes peeled for years.

How on earth would he explain his "daughter" who is white and looks a heck of a lot like one of Australia's most well-known missing children?

I think she was taken for sinister purposes and I pray that he hadn't yet carried out whatever he was planning to do.

Best case scenario is he might have dropped her off somewhere public, then fled. It's hard to tell if he would kill someone because she was still alive after 18 days.

I don't think he had an end game. Being white CS would never be accepted as his daughter and he must have realised that it would be difficult for a single man to ever adopt an abducted child. I think it was an impulsive move.

There is evidence of planning in so much that he had locked doors and blacked out windows and a room set up. Just waiting for the right opportunity. But he didn't discard his other dolls, so why would he discard his real life doll? I definitely do not think TK would have ended CS' life.
