Yes true JLZ.... Most of us would be exhausted with all of those activities before morning tea..... there was also bike riding and racing and crashing into the garden as well.....
IMO
I was just thinking about the bike riding. Was that after the photographs though? My note says 9:45 and that was when the sandy-haired man and his car came by. Or were the kids outside before MFC left home, since Mrs W said she heard them and she left for shopping about 9? But FFC said they started breakfast around 8:30. But my point was that a ten-minute activity plus several other activities are all supposed to have happened within a total of 7 minutes.

You're changing your scenario though. You had FFC going for her drive without telling FGM. I can kind of see FGM panicking and calling Wendy in the first version.

One day, one of us is going to say something new and we'll all go, that's preposterous, and then someone will give it a little twist and suddenly everything falls into place.
yes, i was trying to fit a scenario around fgm calling wendy, thinking she had lost william, if that happened:)

Perhaps? I can’t think of any logical reason as to why though. I know it’s a common police tactic to withhold information and not discuss it so I can understand why you would suggest it but why the drive? To try and catch out a perp if someone said they saw FM driving that morning? The truck driver?

It is a good point SleepInOz but IMO I disagree that Police instructed the foster parents to not disclose the drive that morning.

Considering where the investigation is at now with the release of FM’s walkthrough mentioning the drive and the most recent searches of FGM’s car and along Batar Creek Road, I would say that drive is very important in the scheme of things and for it to not be brought up early on seems telling to me. At the very least I would have expected it to be brought up in the Where’s William podcast.

It does look to be important "now" - emphasizing "looks to be".

It's one of the many things we didn't hear about until the Inquest when the Coroner released it. Some of those other things, that the Coroner released, also seemed important, but it doesn't seem that the Police agree that they were important to the Public.

There are many reasons that we wouldn't be privy to or even understand why they release some information and not others - it's not up to us to understand, it's up to them. They are the experts - not us.

Your last paragraph - 'Considering where the investigation is at now with the release of FM's walkthrough' - it's only us, the Public, that didn't know about it - the Police did, it wasn't new to them. I don't imagine that they sat on it for 7 years and didn't give it another thought. IMO

Is it possible Police found the shirt FM was wearing the night before William went missing, at the most recent dig in Kendall????

Could the mobile phone records be wrong? I have got such a range of times that have come up in relation to MFC leaving home, starting with 8:40, but no references.

IMO GJ had a very good reasons to investigate PS, as the supreme court judge must have agreed to grant the warrants for the LD's.

I wonder if all those hours & hours of LD's have been listened to yet??

My guess is no it hasn't. In Jubelin's book I Catch Killers on p306 he says that by April 2018 ...

"We now have over 2500 hours of listening device material piled up. It would take the entire strike force, working full time, more than 10 weeks to go through it."

It seems that GJ had decided -- devoid of any supporting evidence -- that PS, or maybe his since deceased wife, had accidentally killed WT. In his solo unannounced and illegally recorded visits to PS's home, GJ started to talk to PS about the Matthew Leveson case where police negotiated a non-prosecution (for perjury) deal for Atkins in return for his leading police to where he buried Leveson's body in the hope that PS may take the bait, so to speak. Another strike force fishing expedition that caught nothing . . . other than the fisherman in this instance.

From that first article:

* William's foster mother made cups of tea before snapping the now iconic photo of the three-year-old boy sitting on the deck dressed as Spider-Man at 9.37am.

Have you seen that anywhere else: that FFC made tea before taking the photographs?

Edit: Sorry SLouth I've just seen your above posts

Sorry can I just ask about the timeline in your post re MFC leaving at 9.30am? Wasn't his car recorded on the tennis club CCTV to have passed just before 9.00am? In his testimony at the inquest he stated he left FGM's house about 9.00am.

"Beacroft said the foster father, who previously told the inquest he was out of town for work between 9am and 10.30am"

But would it be that same shade after 7 years?

Due to weathering it would be lighter, similar to the article they found. Looks to be a similar thickness too, imo. They also found a dark piece too which would make a match for the FFFC maccas outfit but they either amounted to nothing or they haven’t released any info.

I've also got a note that MFC's internet conference started at 9:15. I don't remember seeing that in any of the articles. I suspect somebody told me it was in one of the books or else in the podcast. FFC did say that he was running a bit late. But would that mean that it started without him? Or was that the time for which it was scheduled but he held it up?

Yes, certainly .... I am just trying to work that out ........ I am trying to work out if this is correct ????
Or is it new information???

Blues do you have a link to the "photographed time" of FF car going past Tennis Club that morning??? by any chance??? To compare????

Did FF leave at 9:00am or 9:30am ??? It may make a difference to the timeline.... ???

(I just googled news articles for the timeline as I don't have everything saved ....)

IMO

Could mobile phone records be out by half an hour???

Yes I also remember the 8:40am time......

A journalist needs to review this case and put forward a new article with factual information IMO

September 12. 2014:
About 9am. Evidence that foster father leaves for Lakewood shopping centre for an internet connection for a Skype call to Queensland. CCTV shows his car passing Kendall Tennis Club just before 9am.

I think this is from this link but I can't open it. https://www.couriermail.com.au/true...h/news-story/1e064891adcb07cd81a94f18217ae98e I read it quoted on another forum.

No sorry SLouth I don't. I think CO had the time as earlier than 9.00 which she was taking from the CCTV? We now know the CCTV time wasn't correct, it was out by 9mins. To me this puts the time stated by the MFC of 9.00am to be correct.

‘Detective Senior Constable Roberts has informed me that the digicam time is inaccurate and is 9 minutes gradual,’ his assertion says.'

I don't know how reliable that from CO's is, as there is also a discrepancy in what she says here:

The foster parents had to get permission from the relevant agency overseeing the foster arrangement to travel outside of Sydney with the children, including to Kendall, the court heard.
