OK, I finally bit the bullet and bought a cheap subscription to The Australian (which has never been my favourite masthead).

The articles gives no further details, however it does remind me that the foster grandmother was also apparently on the police's radar during The Big Dig at Kendall exercise:

In November, it was reported Tyrrell’s foster mother and now-deceased foster grandmother were being treated as persons of interest in his disappearance.

If my kid was taken out of my home, I could see myself trying to find them and see how they are doing....and that could be stalking, possibly?

Whatever it is, she is to appear in Hornsby Local Court, so I think that means that the alleged crime happened in that local court area. (Unless they asked for a change of venue, perhaps.)

Perhaps phone calls from her home? Unless William's sister resides/schools in that local court area.

Her lawyer, Sharon Ramsden, said she would be pleading not guilty.

Although, the lawyer could have been talking about the February charge. The article is not written very clearly.
Maybe it will become clearer in future articles.

It does say that NSW police can't comment due to the NPO.

I personally think "stalking and intimidation" might relate to someone/s in the investigation team.

As with the assault charges and the charges of lying to the Crime Commission, I have to wonder if the public will get to hear the details of this new charge against one of the FPs, or whether the court will be closed.

Could someone possibly please share FFM timeline of events again?
so MFC leaves at 9 or just before and returns at aprox 10.35.

What was FFC recollection of what happened between 9.37 -10.30?
She received a txt at 10.30 from mfc saying he’s 5 mins away - and she was out the front looking with AMS and came back up to the house as MFC car pulled up in driveway, IIRC

from my understanding FFC drove to bater creek road / the riding school before this, so to fit it together FFC must have driven FFGM car back before 10.30?

AMS was reported to have stated that at the time when FM first approached her regarding the missing child, AMS could hear a man yelling for him in the background, which was reported to have been FD... so it seems that AMS was not approached until after FD returned to Benaroon from his excursion.

There seems to also be discrepancy regarding FD's departure time from Benaroon.. it had always been reported he had left around 9am, but in one of Overington's reports, she said it had been confirmed that he had left at 9:30am.

It has never been said, to my knowledge, whether FM's drive to Batar Creek Rd in FGM's vehicle took place before or after FD's return to Benaroon. Some believe it was prior to his return, while others believe it was after.

Why so many discrepancies and unanswered questions in this case, still to this day, even after several tranches of an inquest? imo.

Bumping drsleuth's timeline (taken from the inquest evidence and CO's book). This might help.
There are a lot of entries for the time period you are looking at.

It says that FM drove FGM's car after 10:30am.

I agree, or if it were me, anyone that I thought was responsible for me losing either one of my children.
