Patty I thought I heard the detective wrapped up something from her trunk in a Beach towel and took it in the house. And than later it looked like someone carried a blanket or comforter from the house.

That's what I heard too. Mom is already in the house, then a cop goes out to the cop car to get something in the trunk. Wraps it up in a towel and takes it inside the house.

I just got a bad vibe about the older son. Surely not.

The stranger abduction theory is a viable one, imo. There really hasnt been anything to show it isnt.

Even on the fliers printed and on some of the missing children sites it lists Isa as Endangered Missing-(by) non custodial.

And LE has even put Mexican police on alert for Isa and her pic is being shown in that country. They have also made a point to say the outlandish theories on the internet is getting out of hand. I think they have reasons for saying that and they said it again today.

Imo, LE has changed their tune somewhat. They are still saying no one has been ruled out but they wanted certain things clearly known ..such as a search warrant was not needed on the home today and the parents gave their permission.

The best place to meet is in the home imo. That is the only way both the parents and LE can have total privacy. If they had asked them to come down to the police station then the media would have rushed into the faces of the parents as they tried to enter.

For the first time today, I saw a softer side given to this family by LE.

While they may be like most LE who never rules anyone out before the suspect is found I dont think the parents are in their sight as possible suspects.

But again, a viable theory is still not fact and as so, is speculation.

And even though my theory that the parents and/or family member are/is responsible has statistical validity, it too is just speculation.

What is most important is finding out what happened to Isa and IMO, all thoughtful theories are welcome and should be considered! We may not be LE but there are alot of sharp minds among us.

Again, none of us really know the truth. Yet. And it is obvious we are viewing the same events in completely different lights. And that is okay! But I don't think any of the theories I have seen here on WS are "non-sensical". JMHO.

They took a towel and went to the trunk of the detective's vehicle. They then wrapped something from the trunk in the towel. One of the detective's was seen carrying out a comforter.

I have a pretty good idea what could have been wrapped in the towel, but because there is always a chance the perp is reading, I won't post my thoughts. Sorry to be so mysterious.

JVM has Mark Lunsford on now.. what a strong man and what a horrible horrible case. He was ALL over the media until Jessica was found....

Jane's Sr. Producer is saying father in the house with investigators for about an hour, then leaves, three minutes later mother goes in with detectives about an hour, then leaves. Then older son goes in same scenerio and leaves.

A dectective took what appears to be a blanket and wrapped it in a towel, if I heard her correctly.

It's hard to type what is being said, when I still have the earlier "stuff" in my head that was reporter by HLN and made no sense.

It is interesting that each were brought in separately to speak with detectives.

Thats true but imo, there are more evidence to back up a stranger theory at this time than it not being one and LE has not come out and said they dont think she was kidnapped.

I do like to read all theories though. It is quite interesting. We have done that in the past in other child kidnapping cases. It gives us a roadmap to what people were theorizing at the time before an arrest was made.

imo

She said that he wrapped something in a beach towel that they didn't want them to see. In HIS trunk, not the family's vehicle.

The comforter or blanket was a separate thing they brought out.

They also said the parents are staying in a secret location. :floorlaugh:

Have they even checked to see if they are staying with the grandparents down the streeet?

The producer also said, something big is going on, because they brought the family back like this... but they don't know what. :waitasec:

Plus, I'm assuming they gave their permission for the 14 year old to be questioned alone without a lawyer or the parents being presented... Isn't parental permission needed? So, that's hopeful.

How heartbreaking! This is not looking good for beautiful Isa!! I wonder what was in the towel? Maybe an item of her clothing?

And he was being crushed into the ground by internet chatter and the media before Jessica was finally found.

He did say on one of Nancy's shows though after Couey had been arrested that it did hurt him a lot to read and see what was being said about him and his mom and dad.

IMO

I was just thinking this and wondering from a lawyer's perspective if it was/is wise to allow a minor child to go unaccompanied with LE if what happened today was a part of the ongoing investigation.

Yes, parental permission would be needed.

It looks like they are doing everything the police asks of them.

I really pray LE is running parallel investigation. It concerns me that by the time they rule out family members, it's too late....just like the Lunsford case. :sigh:

Mark just got cut off by a commercial.

Neighbour got her 15 ......ummm 30 minutes of fame. Time to move on. She has nothing new to add. :moo:

I am getting confused. So the police had something in the police trunk and they went to the trunk and wrapped it in a towel?

Is Jane showing video of them coming out of the home?

imo

Well he knew he was innocent, so yeah, it would...JMO
Not always the case though.

Geez, like he didn't endure enough pain and suffering only to read a bunch of carp on the blogs. It's happening with Isa's family too right here. That's why I never blame the family until it's been proven they are guilty.

Mark Lunsford is a hero!!

LE is doing everything possible, IMO...getting help from other agencies right away, alerting LE in Mexico, telling locals to look for people acting differently or strangely, asking for videos, etc...they are not showing any tunnel-vision, IMO.

It is interesting that each were brought in separately to speak with detectives.

I think it's a good sign - shows they are cooperating and doing everything that LE is asking of them. LE would of course want them separately so they could get answers to whatever questions without worry of interference from the other person or influence corroboration.

I was just thinking this and wondering from a lawyer's perspective if it was/is wise to allow a minor child to go unaccompanied with LE if what happened today was a part of the ongoing investigation.

I know the attorneys I work for would generally not advise it. However, the parents seem to be operating without attorneys, so.

Theories and speculation is what we do here, and we all see things differently even when we read the same article, or listen to the same video etc.

We take the smallest bit of information and dissect it down to tiny pieces and try to put it back together to figure out how it all came about.
