I imagine you're right, but I sort of prefer my mental picture -- Lawyer Lor with her trendy red spectacles, asking a question, then vaulting over the court reporter into the witness box while simultaneously pocketing her lawyery glasses, answering her own question, then cartwheeling back in the style of Jodi Arias.

If Crazy Train A meets Crazy Train B.....

That vault would be a good time to test the RACC belt.

What? Lor has no questions for the insurance witness?

Still sing songy.

She reminds me of a serpent in any fable. Saying to the fox, I won't bite you.

Right before biting you.

Surprised me, too, especially since her earlier testimony opening statement focused a lot on the insurance stuff. It's possible she realized that ANY additional attention she gives to the money aspect is going to reflect poorly on her and decided to just move on as quickly as possible from that.

Good analogy. LVD married 3x, and divorced 3x. She had a large red flag wrapped around her. Toxic.

Perhaps Charles Vallow was trying to save her. He sure went through a lot with LVD, and he was still trying to reconcile with her. But, at the same time, he set up Kaye Woodcock as his life insurance beneficiary. Seems contradicting.

Too bad he didn't know the true depths of her evil. I don't think Charles Vallow liked AC very much, didn't they have a falling out?

LVD asking the gun expert some more physics questions.

LVD's questions to this witness sure make it sound like she was in the room when the gun was actually fired.

Keep talking, Lori. With every word, your insides are showing. Ruthless.

The soft, practiced voice is growing old.

Was this the only police interview conducted with LVD?
It's 26 mins with time out before they begin and a few minutes at the end that address an advocate meeting for LVD.

Was the beneficiary changed when CV found out about CD?
Like a bridge too far even for him?

Odd that LVD thinks she looks better if entire video of interview at police station is played rather than selected portions.

She doesn’t. IMO.

Odd that LVD thinks she looks better in any regard.

She doesn't.

If she does testify then after the prosecution does their direct who would cross examine her?
Perhaps I was not clear. The prosecution would not call her. She may testify in her defence. I’m not sure that she will (she didn’t in Idaho), but if she did, I would imagine that her counsel would direct and the prosecution would cross.

So LVD wastes no time trash talking her husband but doesn't mention how she dodged a minor league professional baseball player chasing her in close quarters while having a bat swung at her. She musta forgot about that part.

I think it was when Lori stole money from the business and the fall out from the craziness of his car being taken from the airport too. He knew she was unravelling. And he knew that he was in danger.

Afternoon recess.

Just before cutting the microphone, the judge spoke to a juror, an issue with a sidebar and white noise. Wonder what that juror might have heard... and at what price...

CY interviewing LVD.

How did CY know off the bat that LVD was a witness and not a suspect in the death of CD?

Seeing this interview for the 3rd time CY's dangerous incompetence still stuns me.

Husband shot dead?
Known marital issues for starters.

imo

Thanks, I don't have the timeline down.

CY testified at LVD's Idaho trial about her being nonchalant, laughing etc.after CV's death.
And she didn't (obviously) see that as a red flag that deeper investigating needs to be done?

Who gave LVD permission to look at CV's phone?

Oh, that's right. LVD gave LVD permission.

Control much?

What is Treena Kay's strategy not asking CY why she didn't dig deeper when interviewing LVD?
Kay gets CY to admit what appears to be her negligence then quickly moves on.

CY accepting everything LVD said at face value is infuriating.
imo
