Now schooling LVD why he allowed the portions of video to be played. The rule LVD cited did not apply.

Painful to watch this testimony of the female detective. IMO she really dropped the ball and casually now mentions all the glaring red flags that were waving in front of her eyes. The main item being the made up story about CV's cell phone. It's really amazing how it just ended up all by itself to be found in the rental car? JMOO

IMO, CY made assumptions about who was the victim and who was the abuser before hearing all the facts.

I've been through abuse advocate training, and in that role -- when acting as an advocate for a domestic abuse survivor -- it is extremely important to believe them and take them at their word, rather than questioning the details of their story (since trauma can affect how the mind creates and recalls memories). Re-watching this interview, CY treats LVD like a DV victim. MOO.

I've yet to hear anything from the LE team that did the original interviews with the 3 and their conclusion of it being self-defense when their S.D.case blew wide open when TR and JR were reported missing.
All I read said by LE was that the original (self-defense) case was ongoing.

Hearing Key today with CY it appears to me that she's gently pointing out to CY what we now know evidence proves otherwise what LVD had told her and Kay chose her poison to be LVD and not CY's incompetent interview.

IIRC:
Under cross CY told LVD that she treated TR as a witness and not a subject which is why she didn't read her her rights.
I gather she also treated LVD as a witness because she also wasn't read her rights yet as you said it appears the interview was with what CY considered a victim of DV.

The infuriating part is had the LE team investigated LVD & AC's relationship with CV, the phones,emails and did interviews with family members, friends and check all police reports, especially speaking with Adam Cox the 2 children might still be alive today.

LVD made it sound like 2 wives, one ex and one current were both collecting death benefits from a diseased husband.
Not that the ex was collecting her ex-husband's higher SS security after being married to him for 10 + yrs then he remarried and died and that wife was collecting death benefits.

I think LVD was deliberately trying to mislead in the hope some juror would be so confused that they'd disregard the testimony. And when misleading failed because the special agent clarified that "A" was not the same as "B", then LVD tried to imply that another SS representative (in Hawaii?) had misled LVD about the differences.

Funny how she always ends up on the profitable side of any "misunderstandings."

And all that talk about how SS cannot be set aside to save for college education... was that her subtle way of excusing herself for spending her way through the money third husband, Joe had set aside for Tylee in the event of his death?
