@ 6:54 former judge Mel Mc Donald reads off a list of things he believes is crushing LVD's case and there will be NO hung jury..a quick guilty.
Besides his list McDonald adds much to the demise of LVD defending herself.

Anything ever reported that CV's attorney went to LE as soon as he heard of CV's death?
I see the lawyer on TV but haven't followed him throughout the trial/trials.
I really only started deeply following this mass murder case during this current trial. I had read and seen enough earlier to know she was guilty guilty guilty. But, I was surprised when I saw she was having another trial for murder and in addition was Pro se during this trial, well then I got hooked. I guess I wanted to see just how evil she could actually show herself to be. JMOO

She was also convicted of conspiracy to kill Tammy Daybell.
In Brandon's trial that wouldn't be a prior bad act.

Brandon was shot at on 2nd October 2019 and Tammy was killed after that on 19th October 2019.

CV's divorce attorney sat down with Justin a year ago.
@19:00 the beneficiary change.

"Taylor Larsen was Charles Vallow's former attorney and he talks to FOX 10's Justin Lum"

So her prior conviction on conspiracy to kill Tammy wouldn't be?

I wonder whether she borrowed JJ's shoes? They look like sliders to me, so if they were a little small, it wouldn't matter. Though I have no idea what size Loris feet are, nor JJ's.
Bet you're right. She borrowed JJ's shoes to go into Walgreens to buy shoes.

Is that the order of the morning?

Murder husband.
Burger King for breakfast.
Walgreens for shoes.
Drop of JJ at school.

Just a day in the life.

It has to be acts prior to the crime she's on trial for. So Tammy's murder wouldn't be a prior bad act to Brandon's attempted murder.

And just for clarity - I'm not saying the state will present prior bad acts, I'm just wondering if they will get them in for Brandon's trial.

In all of the cases and lead up to the cases involving LVD, AC, and Chad, has any legal expert addressed the possibility of federal charges against LVD and Chad for conspiring to kill witnesses (Tylee, JJ) to the murder of Charles to prevent their disclosure or testimony? The murders of Tylee and JJ ensured that there would be no witness disclosures or testimony from either of them. The only witnesses that might remain to speak on their behalf would be hearsay witnesses - in JJ's case that could possibly include witnesses among staff at his school who'd seen his behavior and heard anything he might have said at school after CV died and in Tylee's case may possibly include friends to whom she may have disclosed details or concerns.

I recall that JJ had begun acting out or acting contrary to his typical self at his school in Arizona (Lori explained by lying to them that CV had died of a heart attack) and wonder if JJ was doing the same at his school in Idaho after they moved there and that is why LVD took him out of school. (ETA: I also recall that LVD had hired a "babysitter" in Rexburg who was hired to be an ongoing nanny/babysitter, but who LVD used to watch JJ only once before she terminated the relationship. And that babysitter had reported JJ acting out in some way during that one time she watched him.) And I recall him exclaiming something like, "Get the hell out of here," before running after his friend when seen on RING video playing in the courtyard of the Rexburg apartments where LVD had moved herself, Tylee, and JJ. So, I think it probable that JJ was in the home when at least the first shot was fired into CV and was commanded to get out and into the car (probably with Tylee) by either LVD or AC yelling, "Get the hell out of here" (which made such an impression upon JJ that he was compelled to repeat it in play).

Those 10 things that McDonald thinks will make for a quick guilty verdict (for those who may not be able to watch it for whatever reason) --

1. LVD's bizarre "revelations"
2. CV's statements of fear and anxiety
3. LVD's lack of emotion (during the trial)
4. LVD hanging onto CV's phone during the altercation
5. the claim that CV hit AC with the baseball bat
6. AC bringing weapons & ammo into the home of an autistic child
7. LVD's failure to call 911
8. LVD's "shopping trip" after the shooting
9. LVD's lack of emotion at the scene of CV's death
10. LVD's inquires about life insurance
