@22:20 Tass is asked about the 2 undecided jurors and said they were both, (a man and a woman).
I questioned that because the other woman would have been Victoria who gave no indication that she was ever on the fence.

Tass tells Justin that the 2 undecided jurors were men.
@ 6:15 she said "the other guy on the fence"

I'm half -way through LVD's interview and am disgusted that she's being given a platform to continue to spew her delusional lies.
TR committed suicide...interviewer moves on.

oh, and Chud was her bestest friend and they were not having an affair at that time (insert rolling eye emoji's x1000)

Just watching interview with Nate and Juror #8. She states she didn't know anything about LVD case. And that Judge said they could tell the name of the case but that was it. But then #8 goes on to say when she's talking to her Grandmother and tells her Grandmother the name of the case and her Grandmother replies she cant believe she's never heard anything about it. #8 goes on to say Grandma then wants to tell her things and she tells her to stop, and that she can't tell her things about the case. One would have to think how much did Grandma tell her before she stopped her. Just me thinking out loud. I think in these high profile cases that the Jurors should be sequestered. It's to risky for them not to be, given this time and age where any information you want to know about is just a google search away. JMO

I agree with the sequestering in the cases that have gotten a lot of publicity and am curious how much the expense plays into them not doing so.

I’m not alleging that Tass is lying but in yet another interview (HiddenTrueCrime), Tass refers to the 2 on the fence as both being men. Tass used that phrase “the other guy” more than once when referring to the jurors who were undecided.

Why do little details like this keep changing?

Lori clearly is completely clueless about how she is perceived by others.

From Juror #8’s interviews with Nate Eaton, Lauren Mathias, and Justin Lum, it is clear that jurors picked up on many of Lori’s lies (to police in the interview, to the insurance claims agent, about having shoes before she entered Walgreen’s) and they also found her body language revealing and incongruent with the seriousness of the situation (smirking, rolling here eyes, shaking her head in response to prosecutor questions in the courtroom, sitting comfortably cross-legged in the chair in her police interview and giggling with officers at the scene).

While Lori assumed watching the full police interview video would serve to prove her innocence (presumably because of her words), instead it worsened her appearance of guilt because of how comfortable and unaffected she seemed despite the day’s events - circumstances so traumatic that she said had to get the kids away and so left in Charles’ rental car, but not traumatic enough to bother calling 911 or to muster an ounce of emotional response.

For a woman who surrounds herself with mirrors, she is stunningly blind to her own apparent coldness and callousness.

I think also she thought she was making some arguments for a future appeal, as some of her arguments (if you can call them that) that seemed very similar to arguments her Idaho appellate attorneys have/are making, but without the legal lingo that an actual attorney would use. I think she thought that not having the full video in evidence was going to be some loophole she could use in the future if/when she was convicted.

She also has a team of Idaho working on her appeal that she has been in contact with, and I wouldn't be surprised that between them + her advisory counsel in AZ, she has learned on a few arguments she could at least attempt to make during the trial to try and help a future appeal. I say this because some of the arguments sound similar, but they really miss the mark in terms of actually alleging an/the issue, properly noting it for the court record, etc. And even if this was some real issue that could be explored on appeal, she realllllly undercut her own arguments already by representing herself. Appeals are already a steep uphill battle, but when issues are not preserved for an appeal....well, best of luck to her

Rsbm

For a womsn who surrounds herself with mirrors, she is indeed stunningly blind to her own apparent coldness, callousness, and wicked Sharpie eyebrows.

And also, how quickly she abandons her priesthood. I guess it was all just light-hearted banter or near-death camaraderie.

Someone should tell Ned.

Ned’s as bored with her as everyone else is.

Someone should tell her she should carry an extinguisher for as often as her pants are on fire.

If she wasn't callous, she wouldn't have been capable of murder. She has an ability to detach. It's who she is. She's not even acting concerned for other people. Her words say one thing, her demeanor something else.

LVD was dancing on a beach in Hawaii with Chad Daybell within a couple of months of knowing for a fact that HER CHILDREN were dead. You are 100% right about her ability to detach and not give a 'you know what' about anyone but her narcissistic self.

She tells people who give reasons for why Tylee couldn't have killed JJ, "You weren't there". So she's admitting SHE was? She keeps throwing her daughter under the bus.

IMO, the woman is the epitome of manipulative evil.

IMO, at this point there's no actual value in those interviews. It's all just for views and Lori does it for attention. We already know her lies. She's looking forward to the next opportunity to play a lawyer. Perhaps she will get to do it again in Charles' case. I feel sorry for the witnesses who thought they were done.
