Regarding all this discussion about whether her full interview with Ynclan was admitted into evidence vs the redacted portions…is LVD hoping to reference parts of the interview OTHER than the redacted portions in her closing statements? And she doesn’t want an objection that she is referring to evidence not admitted?

The judge told her that her entire interview contained a lot of hearsay, so it was probably never going to be admitted in its entirety.

CV didn't have to leave. He was on the lease.

CV would have been justified in self-defense against AlexC and AlexC's gun. But of course, he never had a chance.

Was it TR that actually brought the bat into the argument?

After LV married CD did TR have had enough of her mother and threatened her with telling what actually happened in the house?

Why wasn't LVD charged with taking CD's phone and never giving it back to him?

Was CV's wallet in his Jeep or on him when he was killed?

Just pondering.

There is no doubt ( in what is left of my mind) that Lori believes Jesus will jump in and help her. She is waiting and waiting and waiting.
She can't believe Jesus hasn't come yet, but she will make up the story in her mind that Jesus must be waiting for something really big before he comes in and saves her.
Lori will believe this until she is on her deathbed.

Unless there is a nut on the jury, I think they will decide guilty by the end of the day. They might announce the verdict by the end of the day. If not, first thing tomorrow.
I still have CAPTVD, Casey Anthony Post Traumatic Verdict Disorder. Meaning we can never know for sure. I worry about some guy who may be swayed by Lori gumming up the process.

It wouldn't surprise me even though the intervention was supposed to be a secret with Adam and Adam was going to track down some high-up guy in the church because it seems that CV had no filter and gave out TMI to the wrong people.
