This should be more concise. No need to put a finger in every potential hole in the dike that an individual juror may try to open. There are 12 jurors and most of them are likely reasonable. Deliberations allow those reasonable jurors to respond to holes other jurors may attempt to open.

I had said before that think the state’s closing arguments are going to be the ticket for a guilty verdict and that they’ll wrap it up with a bow in a nice cohesive package, but this is a bit long winded.
I really hope the jury hasn’t tuned her out or dozed off. Especially given the fact that the majority are male, and are digesting lunch.

I saw someone say that someone in court was snoring. hope I’m wrong. it was almost me and I am at home!

It was twice the length it needed to be, twice the length it should have been.

But she did walk through the charges and laid that part out clearly.

LVD had a dominant role in this.

There was no self-defense.

There was premeditation.

LVD provoked the incident.

There was no basis for deadly force, certainly none for a second shot.

Motive is clear.

Mostly good closing argument, but way too long. Treena had all weekend and should have worked harder at tightening it up and showing her trust in jurors by avoiding repetition.

While I'd hoped for a guilty conviction by end of the day, I think we are now going into tomorrow.
