Sniff, sniff.... had to choose between three people....

That was quick. And awful.

I changed the livestream at the top of this page to Fox l0 with Justin Lum. Justin will come back on after the livestream ends to go over the closing.

She knows the jury cannot view Lori’s entire interview with Det Ynclan because it isn’t in evidence, but she is repeatedly encouraging them to listen to it. She wants jurors to believe the State is hiding something.

Exactly and that worries me. Don't know about anyone else.

LVD said the State was taking the story of Nephi and turning it into something it's not (my poor paraphrase,).

Ironic, since LVD did exactly that.

I wonder if those jurors wonder where Tylee is and why she wasn't called to testify. 🤔🤔

Treena is responding forcefully and effectively to dismiss LVD’s claims in her closing statements.

State brings up T's demeanor, wish she hadn't.

Also stressing that it's not a family tragedy, that hit me wrong. It WAS a family tragedy. CV was loved. She could have said that LVD was caused the family tragedy.

All the time I am thinking that if the jurors get it wrong, and later on they see that video of Charles ouside the house talking to the police about how his wife is going to likely kill him, how awful they will then feel about their decision. 😱

Yay - @Megnut, Treena got the ridiculousness of LVD referring to CV repeatedly as “my husband” in!

I’m a little concerned by the jury’s decision to go home without deliberating. I get they had a long boring day today with jury instructions and closings that were tedious and somewhat less than helpful. But isn’t it still pretty early in AZ? Still, if this was a slam dunk for the state, wouldn’t you think they would want to get down to business and perhaps even get a verdict in tonight and be done with it?

LVD "regardless of what was happening in our marriage at that time"

She outdid herself. lol

  • #196
Maybe yes, the jury all already agreed she's the awful villain she is, and will come back to fill out the paper work tomorrow?
That'd be quick and decisive 😍
