What if you were on this jury and you did not find LVD guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, and then you learn out about her prior bad act for which she has been convicted? Can you imagine what a horrible feeling that would be? I’m not sure I could forgive myself.

I'm certainly of a different mindset that most watchers, it seems.

No, I would not feel "guilty" at all over evidence that is not part of this case, if I was a juror. What she did elsewhere does not tell us what she did in this case, and also it's the prosecution's responsibility (not the juror's) to provide evidence that rises to BARD standard. If they don't, it's on them, and not on the jury. If I'm a juror, I do my job to the best of my ability, and then move on.

Nor am I (as an onlooker) really on pins and needles about this outcome, frankly. While I think she will be convicted, it's an incredibly insignificant difference if she's not, given the fact that she will NEVER be required to serve whatever sentence is imposed. She's already doomed to be locked up in Idaho for her next 3 lifetimes, and she'll never even finish that, of course. While those victimized do want her to be declared guilty, and while that's a reasonable emotion, it makes no difference whatsoever in regards to what happens to her, and I can't really get worked up about that meaning very much to me. Just being honest here.

I certainly respect all of you who see this in a different way than I do, and respond to it differently, but as a long-time follower of the CD-LVD nonsense, that's where I've landed.

I hear you, but to me it's mainly about justice for Charles too, he deserves that too, I feel, and Charles' family FOR sure. Since Charles cannot speak anymore about what REALLY went down, and may get snowed under all the other horrible deaths connected to this creature, I am glad the State is being his voice, hopefully effectively enough.

After. That was in October. Because she couldn't get her hands on Charles' life insurance suddenly, she was hoping she could get her niece's ex husband Brandon's Life Insurance money instead, via manipulating her niece. It's a whole new level of depraved evil, IMO.

I don't see a situation where MG (or DW) could be charged as an accessory to murder. Unlike ZP, she did not have immunity. IIRC there was a controversy about the above call - depending on the state, you need consent of the other party to record. I didn't find anything special in the call either, except for gossiping. The call took place after MG already spoke with police several times.

I found the story , looks like he would have received at least SOME money, whatever liability insurance those slandering lawyers had, my word, and I remember now that they had done that, those insane lies, in a press release even.

I wish she went to prison in Arizona. It is much worse than Idaho. Arizona prisons have gangs. LVD would be out of luck.
