Brandon Boudreaux's trial.
I was thinking that it's quite possible that LVD/CD were so insistent that Zulema Pastenes marry Alex is because a wife doesn't have to testify against her husband.
I gather the state will be calling her?

RE this juror saying she'd be serving her next 3 lives.. maybe he was referring to her speaking about past lives she had and all that odd crap her and Chad believed.

Not 3 life sentences, but more like a joke about her saying she's lived in past life as other people.. so she'd be serving her next 3 lives in prison.
I deleted my previous post because justtrish said what I was trying to say, only better.

If you go to this video from Fox in Phoenix. Go to 6:00:28 He said something weird. He said he had never heard of Lori Daybell until today. Then he said something along the lines of "I was driving home LAST NIGHT and was thinking she has 3 life sentences". I wonder if they voted guilty last night and then he went home and looked up Lori Daybell. Or he could have meant he was driving home for lunch. I don't know it is just strange. Also he said he was on the fence until yesterday.
I heard him say that too! Hopefully it doesn't screw anything up!

I refuse to worry because I have done enough of that lately....but if that juror or others knew she was already sentenced for 3 lives murdered already...and had the nerve to state that on camera....wow.

It doesn't matter in the long run because she will eventually end up back here in Idaho for the deaths of Tylee, JJ and Tammy Daybell but I want her to be held accountable for every MURDER and attempted murder she is responsible for. I wish the same for Chad. He was involved in Charles murder and Brandon's attempted murder too.

There is always the final judgement to come. Good luck with that one, Lori and Chad.

Its obviously a traumatic and intense experience for the jurors and understandable that they are dying to talk about it. Would be prudent to sleep on it first, no rush, plenty would pay for their story a couple of days later.

If he heard it in the hallway at the courthouse or in the parking lot as he was leaving last night, he is obligated to inform the judge. And the judge would then question him (to see what he learned and to determine whether he shared that information with other jurors) and make the determination whether he needs to dismiss that juror who has been contaminated with information and appoint an alternate.
I thought it would be a mistrial?

And she is so much prettier than Lori ever was. What a loss. These souls never asked for any of this. Lori and Chad are useless, creepy individuals.

Oh my goodness, you’re right. I keep forgetting deliberations began for about 15 minutes before they left last night.

I just put Nate on and am curious if he'll mention it.
If he does I'll timestamp it.

The male juror isn't shown or mentioned, just this juror who said she will be speaking again.

Oh Tricia I have a real problem with this as there is no mistaking that he said driving home yesterday and even if he meant for lunch today the jury had not yet delivered their verdict and therefore this was during deliberations and is clearly juror misconduct and could mean a mistrial. Now if he mis-spoke and meant just walking over here after court just now instead of driving home last night that would be different. But if he learned of her 3 life sentences prior to the verdict being read in court this afternoon then it is clear juror misconduct. I have no doubt a new trial would still reach a guilty verdict but I would hate to see the family have to go thru it again.

I didn't suggest that anyone should also be charged with an accessory murder.
Melanie with a felony for lying to LE, yes.
Felanie Melanie, ha!
