Friday, May 30th:
*Jury Selection set to begin (@ 10am AZT) – AZ – Brandon Boudreaux (34/now 40) attempted murder on Oct. 2, 2019 in Gilbert, AZ. *Lori Norene Vallow (46 @ time of crime/49/now 51) indicted (2/24/22), charged & arraigned (12/7/23) with 1 count of 1st degree premeditated attempted murder. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Maricopa County
Jury selection to begin on 5/30/25. [Jury will be: 12 jurors & 4 alternates]
Trial set to begin on 6/2/25.
Judge Justin Beresky presiding. State’s attorney Ryan Green. DA Treena Jeanelle Kay. Vallow-Daybell Pro Se with advisory Defense attorneys Gerald Bradley & Denae Suchy.

5/25/25 Docket updates: State's Notice of missing pages of notes. Motion to disqualify Judge. Defendant's response to State's Motion in Limine to preclude inadmissible evidence relating to Tammy Lachcik. Defendant's objection & request to unseal State's Motion in Limine to preclude inadmissible evidence relating to Tammy Lachicik. 5/26/25 Docket update: State's response to defendant's motion to disqualify Judge.
5/29/25 Update: *Last minute oral arguments hearing re Daybell's motions at 9:30am in front of Criminal Presiding Judge Jennifer Green. Motion to disqualify Judge Beresky was denied. Jury selection begins in the afternoon.
*The motions regarding state's witness Tammy Lachcik, a forensic investigator. Apparently Lachcik was recently involved in a drunk & disorderly incident & was forced to resign from Gilbert PD. The state wants to exclude any evidence regarding those events.
*Jury questionnaires done. Judge denies LVD's motion to have a probable cause hearing on the alleged aggravators.
*66 jurors remaining in the pool for walk-ins tomorrow @ 1:15pm. There are outstanding motions to be heard tomorrow, 5/30/25.
AZ – Charles Vallow (62) shot & killed on July 11, 2019 in Chandler, AZ. *Lori Norene Daybell-Vallow - Trial of Charles began on 4/7/25 & ended 4/22/25 with GUILTY of all charges. Will be sentenced after Boudreaux trial.
ID – Vallow found guilty of all charges & sentenced to 3 consecutive life sentences without parole on 7/31/23.

How can LD get off saying the judge denied ALL her motions? Well, she didn't get off because both judges denied her motions but is she unaware of how ludicrous she sounds?

And her issue with the rack belt, I wish they'd keep it on her all the time. And cinch it up real tight.

FWIW if LD truly suffered from delusions of religious grandeur, she wouldn't be able to form it on and off.

They just found a powerful ways to influence others, by using religion to serve their purposes and to provide them a language with which to speak in code. Really transparent code.

What's remarkable to me though is that, together, CD and LD didn't combust. That much narcissism in one place equals ego overload. No crowns big enough for those heads.
