His embolism was blood clots lodged in the blood vessels in both lungs, not air.Could her brother have caused his embolism with a needle to make air bubbles?
An embolism can be air, can be a blood clot, can be fat, can be amniotic fluid (a rare, catastrophic birth complication). Basically, it's something in your circulatory system that shouldn't be there, often with the result of stopping blood getting where it needs to go to sustain life, the exception being the AFE which causes a kind of anaphylactic reaction.I read A1 pulmonary embolism clot can be caused by air bubbles from needles. I am a medical moron for sure. So blood clots lodged in blood vessels in both lungs would be different? Thank you for your patience. (I gave up on science officially in sixth grade.)
100% this - which I've pointed out many, many times. ALSO- he was a truck driver (high risk occupation) and made those unreasonably long drives between AZ and ID as well.An embolism can be air, can be a blood clot, can be fat, can be amniotic fluid (a rare, catastrophic birth complication). Alex Cox had blood clots in both lungs stopping his blood from getting oxygenated, that's what killed him. He'd been under the weather for a couple of weeks (with reported shortness of breath) and there was a history of this kind of clotting problem in his immediate family. He had a pre-existing condition, he ate junk, didn't take care of himself, and was under high stress ("I think I'm their fall guy.") So, the day after Tammy was exhumed, he DFO'd in Zulema's bathroom and was unable to be revived.
I know it's a tempting idea to add him to the kill count, but his death was ruled natural for good reasons.
MOO
(Thanks, I stole it from CSI.100% this - which I've pointed out many, many times. ALSO- he was a truck driver (high risk occupation) and made those unreasonably long drives between AZ and ID as well.
(Shout out to OP for the DFO reference- as a former ER nurse, this is a gem)

I don't think embolisms are that rare, but the timing of it, yes. It's a heck of a coincidence.Thank you. I believe you. You sound very knowledgeable!
Still it must be one in a million coincidence.
I’ve been so bombarded with notifications about severe weather alerts in my area that I missed the tweet from Justin! LolThere was an order entered yesterday. It just approved the state's request to file under seal their reply to the motion for new trial. It says that reply was filed yesterday too.
The court has granted the state's request for her medical records. Here's the text of the order:
The Court has received and reviewed the State's Motion for Defendant’s Correctional Health Services Records, filed June 24, 2025, as well as the Defendant's Objection to State's Motion for Defendant's Correctional Health Services Records filed July 10, 2025.
The Defendant put her medical condition at issue by claiming she was too sick to proceed with trial, contrary to the Court's findings that there was no objective medical evidence to support the Defendant's claim that she was medically unable to proceed to trial. The Defendant also interjected a specific diagnosis into some of her pleadings for which there was no evidence other than the Defendant's statements. By peppering various pleadings with her alleged illness and medical diagnosis, as well as other references to her illness, she also disclosed otherwise protected information to third parties and the public, thereby partially waiving patient/medical professional privileges.
Over the Defendant's Objection,
IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the State's Motion and directing Correctional Health Services (CHS) to disclose to the State copies of the Defendant's medical records for all services, assessments, testing and treatment provided to the Defendant limited to the time period of May 30, 2025, through no later than June 13, 2025.
CHS shall provide the records to the State within 5 business days of the filing of this order.
I'm betting that they forced her to see a jailhouse doctor or nurse and that they found nothing wrong with her and that her vitals were just fine. This was all just Lori trying to delay her trial because it wasn't going well for her.Wanna lay odds she never saw a PA or nurse????
Then she will counter with, "Oh.. I asked but they refused to come and see me."
I don't believe ONE SINGLE WORD that comes out of her mouth
