I was trying to get a feel for how Judge Kreamer sentences. Before being elected to the bench by 67% of the vote, he was in private practice and did a lot of pro bono work and legal assistance. IIRC, he worked in firms that handles civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death suits from 1989-2007. He seems to be pretty fair so far.

If you watch any of the YouTube videos from this case, Kreemer doesn't mess around. There's been several judges before him, in this case, and several motions weren't even settled when Kreemer "inherited" it, that are brought up by the defense as seen in one or more of the clips.

I hope I'm not asking those over-burdened stations too much by hoping they will have the closings. Maybe then, Juan can 'splain the whole case to us.

Then, I want to see how the defense still goes with its "one bullet" and "friendly fire" case.

The defendants will be tried Federally because the incident happened on the rez. If the Pasqua/Yaqui Tribe was to try this themselves, they would be limited to a max of 1 year prison time per conviction. My 1st ex is a member of the Pasqua/Yaqui tribe.

The Queen has decided the rug was a good place to make pee-pee because I wasn't paying attention to her need to go outside.:blushing: She must be getting old or something as she normally doesn't do those sort of things.

2, actually! :floorlaugh: Don't know whether to believe that the 3rd times a charm........so have my heels dug in for the time being.....no church bells in the future as I see it! A LOT cheaper too! :floorlaugh: Who knows though, been with the current BF for 10 years, yeah, I know, OMG.
