That is interesting but it does not tell us what this defendant's conduct disorders are. Some conduct disorders are not treatable or curable.
With even the local mental health department not wanting to be involved it makes me feel they do not think it is mental illness or emotional problems.
I remember in the Chris Pittman case when he murdered both of his grandparents at 12 years old he also was diagnoised to have a conduct disorder. They had three forensic psychiatrists testify. One for the state, one for the defense and one was appointed by the court. Both the State and court appointed psychiatrists deemed CP as a fledging sociopath and was not treatable.
While all children misbehave from time to time this kid in this case is very very different, imo. Going to this extreme and committing such extreme violence makes him unlike "most" other children who misbehave at times imo.

Children are treated, do recover, or learn to manage their behavior problems everyday. Fortunately, most of society do not determine so soon a life is beyond repair and discard them as broken.
