I'm getting two different dates for the death of Wayne Millard - 29 and 30 Nov 2012. Not sure which one is correct.

I wondered at the time if DM was setting the stage for a near future event.

With respect to the call to the police. MS was charged for the tagging in October 2012 IIRC, so perhaps that is why he was phoning the police.

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I don't know if this has been mentioned before but I notice a big difference in MS's appearance and demeanor between his 2012 and 2013 photos and videos. To me, he looks younger, healthier, and less 'tough' in the July 2012 photos and videos (yet shocking considering what he had just participated in). I think he looks different in the pictures and videos in 2013 and I'm guessing that the extra year of criminal activity, drug use, partnership with DM, and fear of being caught took a real toll. Just my own opinion.

The first pic of a guy lying by the pool was also sent to Say10 on 6/08/2012 at 1:06:06PM

The pic of the dog laying down was sent to Say10 on 6/08/2012 at 11:19:21PM with the message "compare this one to the last pic I sent you".

They do not have LB's phone and I haven't heard anything about them having a computer back up of her phone. She didn't even have a mobile computer she was using during this time period so it's unlikely there is one.

According to his FB, he left for Winnipeg on April 23, 2012 so either this was before he left or DM wanted him to correspond with her via text and phone while he was out west to see what she was up to and then pass it on to him.

Or AM was never in Winnipeg. :dunno: LOL

Totally agree. That Ipad was set up as Mark's IPad, likely with DM's ITunes account. So who did this? MS definitely did not call himself Mark. It's still unclear where everyone was on July 4th 2012 IMO, including MM. The cell ping information was all over the place and contradicting. Also unclear, to us at least, when things such as email addresses and Apple ID's were changed or added on it. The tweeting on all of that was not very helpful.

No, it's been a very long time since they were able to keep text content for any period of time. I believe they did at the beginning, 24 or 48 hours I think, but there are just too many texts now for that to be possible.

I get what you're saying about those pics Lupy. They struck me right away too. First the incinerator and then pictures of a woman lying on the ground in two different positions and then a picture of a dog lying down. Does seem weird. Almost like checking for measurements IYKWIM.

And bingo...from that report you can see there was a plan to go to Baja in 2012 that was called off when DM was forced to go for training in Reno for the business and made it an extended tour.

My personal opinion is that MM and MS were staying in the basement of Maple Gate when the murder "mission" took place. MS is up for 1st degree for taking part in the planning, clean up and disposal rather than the actual murder.

It really doesn't matter who named the iPad and who set it up. What matters is who used it. And there's been plenty of evidence so far that points at Smich and none that points at Millard.

Smich couldn't sync it on his own computer because he didn't have one.

Also, who says Smich didn't ever call himself Mark?
