Let's say I'm just curious about some general legal questions, and that this case has some of the possible details that would allow me to ask them. With that in mind, let me ask these hypothetical questions, and although I don't know if anyone can provide expert opinion, maybe they'll be good starting points for discussion.
Hypothetical #1:
Ok, let's say my wife, maybe after some conversation with siblings, gets it into her mind that her father must get out of the picture as soon as possible. It's been decided that I'm the only person for the job (and/or maybe I don't mind it -- maybe I'm upset too), and she has a plan about how to make this work without my getting blamed. So, this ends up happening...but down the road, I have some second thoughts, and I sometimes get worried that this will all be pinned on me. I know that others know what I've done, and I really didn't want any part of it, but the alternative was just not something I could face at the time. I got along fine with the old guy, but I couldn't live without my wife, and now I'm not so sure if she wouldn't hang me out to dry if it meant saving herself. And so I ask -- is there any way I could approach LE to explain what has happened, and try to get as good a deal as possible for myself? I didn't want this to happen.
Hypothetical #2:
My sister has been winding us up, getting us mad at Dad for a while. I am not saying she doesn't have a point, and I was upset about how quickly Dad took his new wife into our family, and how this affects the will does concern me. Just the same, I sort of think that when she got her husband to do what he did, and sort of said that she was doing it to help all of us, that she got me and my family involved more than we would ever have wanted, and I didn't expect all of this to happen. I never had anything to do with this, other than keep my mouth shut about my own hunches (or maybe more) -- is there any way I could talk to LE without getting myself into trouble for something I didn't do?
Again, these are general hypothetical questions -- nothing implicating anyone here.
Another hypothetical question......Would this daughter/sister think it wise not to join in the quest to gain control of the father's estate through the courts, so as not to draw more attention to herself?

I've sent several emails in the past to LA Times and OC Register, so didn't this time.
I agree Montjoy-I want to apologize for my disjointed effort lately...I have three down with strep so it has been a madhouse here. I will be able to focus more tomorrow and next week, so I can help coordinate or whatever you-all wish!!
I received a response from Viewer Relations at Investigation Discovery - Disappeared. It said the first season of Disappeared has completed production and they are currently compiling the numerous missing person cases being submitted for future consideration. The response said that additionally, the information is being shared with the networks online team for potential coverage at www.Investigation.Discovery.com and David Lohrs Criminal Report Daily blog.
There are clips from the show Disappeared on their website - looks like a good show. http://investigation.discovery.com/tv/disappeared/
Does anyone know when Bob and Georgia married?
In trying to catch up on reading I noticed something which struck me with regards to the 'cold feet' theory.
Reading though the links - particularly this one at project Jason - scroll down to La Vina's post. There is some timeline - I don't know where it came from unless it is in the 70 comments...
Look where they list Bob meets Georgia in August of 1950 and becomes engaged to Georgia in October of 1950. I find it VERY curious they omitted when Bob and Georgia MARRIED. Perhaps because if Bob and Georgia married very soon after their engagement it would have been further proof the Cold Feet theory was nonsense..... IF Bob married someone soon after meeting her and the marriage lasted more than 50 years how would that then be different from him also deciding to marry Fontelle so soon after reuniting.

I'm really curious to know when Bob and Georgia married... and how soon it was after their engagement after only knowing each other two months.
