"Any good brother would be upset about it." Really? Any good brother would be so upset that he would offer the person a ride home, hide a kitchen knife on his person or in the car, and then stab him to death in a dark part of town with no one in sight to help? This attorney is crazy.
And does Nima have witnesses to the claim that Bob Lee is guilty of inflicting some "trauma" on the sister, and even "drugging" her? I guess the sister would be the witness. I look forward to seeing her testimony in the murder trial of her brother. Will they throw the real victim here, Bob Lee, under the bus and make up a story that creates sympathy among the jury for Nima? What about the friendly text from the sister to Bob Lee, and that Nima was over-reacting to something that night? She seemed fine and very friendly to Bob Lee.
