I wasn't able to open the link provided by you, however, I agree w/your post, other than (w/the upmost respect to you) she is not well-dressed, she is a what not to wear train wreck! I was so dismayed (ordered by judge to appear 10/15) seeing her, even though I knew she would be at the courthouse, and wonder if she would testify. jmo

I never knew what "whippets" or "whip-its" were until I listened to this video of KzM's arrest and saw what appeared to be a cannister in the front seat. She is handcuffed and arrested at the scene. Why is this significant? IMO it is significant in that she might have been driving Under-the-Influence...after BobL's death. So he isn't supplying her with anything and she has had the freedom to make her own choices. (Even if they aren't the right ones.)
Att'd video of the arrest in San Francisco. This is all so tragic for the Lee family.

On Tuesday morning, Khazar showed up at the courthouse and was slated to testify on the stand. She was wearing a powder-blue silk dress and her long hair was dyed a lighter shade of blonde. Attorneys whisked Khazar up a staircase and hid her inside an unused courtroom down the hallway from the trial’s courtroom.


One of Momeni’s defense attorneys told KRON4 in the afternoon that her highly anticipated testimony was delayed and pushed back to Wednesday.

This trial, which I have no doubt will result in Khazar Momeni's conviction for murder, illustrate the poison that illegal drugs are in the lives of those who use them. Bob Lee didn't deserve to die, but if he hadn't have plied Khazar with drugs, he would still be alive, IMO.

She's a big girl, responsible for her own choices. I find her lack of morals despicable in relation to her choice to testify against Bob Lee in defense of her brother. What a loser.

KM was/is a married woman in her thirties (not on the sunny side either) and lived a priviledged & independent life in hip-chic San Francisco. I am making a "huge guess" in stating she has been around recreational drugs in other past social encounters. (She has been court ordered to attend Narc Annonymous classes twice a week by a judge!) If anyone had the ignoble stance of "protector," I would think it would be her spouse? I would hate to think any sibling would follow her around and harm the people she willingly chooses to frequent.
Is his brother-in-law (KM's husband) coming to the courthouse to support him? I haven't seen any photos of him arriving with KM.
I get it...but we aren't talking about a 16 year old being lured to a sleep over, right?
If "protective big brother" why did he wait until after he left the building with Bob? Why drive to a remote area? Why didn't NM call the police and say there was dangerous or rauckus and illegal drug activity occurring?

Most or the details in the hours that led up to Bob Lee’s killing have been reported. But today in court we learned few new details: When Nima Momeni interrogated Lee about why he’d found his sister Khazar half naked at Lee’s alleged drug dealer, Khazar was in the car.

Today's testimony continues with a good friend of Lee, Borzoyeh Mohazzabi aka Bo.


Bo is testifying about a gathering at Bob Lee's alleged drug dealer Jeremy Boivin on April 3 where Bo and Momeni's sister, Khazar Momeni, were doing whip-its. "She was doing a lot of whip-its," he said.


This apartment was where Khazar was found half nude later that day by her brother and her husband. She had taken or been given GHB, commonly known as a date rape drug. Momeni called Lee after finding his sister there and interrogated him about what happens, Bo has testified.


Momeni's attorney now continues to try to get Bo to tell the court if he had any drugs on him that day, in reference to a baggy he took out of his pocket in a video show in court. "It didn't jog my memory, I don't recall," Bo said.
