I think this is really a big deal, that LE has video of RH, in her parking spot by Big5. I am pretty certain there is no sign of an abduction or her baby boy in that video.

That viewing of the video, while police were interrogating her, must have been excruciatingly awkward. Suddenly she KNOWS that they know. Her immediate reaction was to stop the interview and leave. But this isn't over.

I hope she gets her own attorney because her husband's attorney is going to try and pin it all on her, like he did with the assault upon the 10 day old baby. IMO

I have total faith that LE has video from at least one business which shows RH and her Tacoma and what actually happened. We may not see that until somebody is in court on charges.

if their vehicle, the tacoma, has tinted windows.... would security/surv cameras anywhere be able to determine if emmanuel was inside.

My question would be as to which came first - the abuse or medical issues. Did Emmanuel have fundamental health issues from the get-go (which may or may not have been obvious from birth) or was he a completely normal baby who was subsequently damaged by abuse?

Note: I am NOT suggesting that any health issues could excuse abuse of a baby, but a baby with fundamental health issues which mean that he or she is in constant pain or discomfort may cry and scream inconsolably for hours may drive even the most devoted parent to distraction. And we know that neither of the parents in this case fall into that category.

AFAIAA, there don't seem to be any photos of Emmanuel which show him behaving in a normal manner, in which case we wouldn't know whether he was ever a healthy baby.

I'm wondering what hospital was he born in. Surely, a doctor will contact LE or LE will contact the hospital to get an accurate report on his condition at birth.

Some disabilities wouldn't necessarily be apparent at birth, but that's a good idea. A doctor isn't likely to contact LE though. LE would have to subpoena those medical records.

This is what confuses me. If she fell down and got up right away, although I know she said “everything went white,” wouldn’t she still be within sight and earshot to know at least SOMETHING about which direction the “kidnapper” fled? Or any detail at all? She wasn’t unconscious.

And yes, that black eye would not have looked like that immediately.





I feel terrible for RH if she is, as is possible, a victim of DV. I understand women in these situations feel trapped and afraid to leave. That black eye is not new.

BUT your child in danger should be the inflection point. Scary as it is if you’re a victim of DV, she was capable of making choices. Especially since she was now freely able to tell LE.

Emmanuel could not make choices. Neither could his ten-week old half sister.

This as I understand is often the point when a battered woman, if she is, draws the line if her children are being assaulted. This baby had absolutely no means of defense.

I will preface this with I am not taking up for RH. Woman could not muster a single tear for her son.

That said, "battered woman syndrome" is sadly real and it is known that when a person is leaving an abusive relationship is the single most dangerous time, and when they are most likely to be killed.

Evidence what RH's brother did to his girlfriend when she decided to leave. SOB stuck gun to her forehead and tried to make it look like a suicide. Story which repeats itself far, far too often.

perhaps RH was trying to send subtle clues to LE with being punched and seeing white. LE knows that black eye was not brand new and who was wearing white?

OK, so the fathers attorney admitted on TV, that LE played a video for the parents. That video was cctv from the jewelry store across the lot from Big5.

The lawyer said that the video 'shows something falling down, then getting up.' And he then says that corroborates Rebecca's story. >>> NO, sorry it doesn't.

If it just shows her falling down and then getting up, with nobody knocking her out and running off with her baby, then it is not corroboration.

And AFTER LE shows them this video, they took cadaver dogs to the house, and they dug holes in the yard and dug under the flooring, looking for the baby.

Sadly, that may be about all that exists for medical records. IMO they may have stopped taking Emmanuel to doctors for anything because they are mandated reporters and JH has been down that path before.

I wasnt able to read article due to security issue, but these people are monsters and why they were allowed to have children in their home is maddening. Even if she wasnt charged with child cruelty she supports him, and that's enough for me. moo

Ashley Banfield had a guest who said she was taken in by the same family member who took in 2 of Jake's other kids - the one who was severely beaten and a boy who was diagnosed with FAS. I wish they could stop this man from procreating. He has left so much damage and destruction in his wake and he's only thirty years old !

Knew I saw that somewhere. The sea of media on this is unreal and may it bring full pressure to bear on those parents. Perhaps, just perhaps suggestion of another adoption came up in court yesterday. Given though they are not related to either parent in this case, that might be tough to get done.
