I think that RH is being abused by JH. Hence the black eye. He is probably pressuring her to tell this story to cover up for him, and she's doing it out of fear.
I can't overlook his past infant abuse. Also, (I am not a doctor) But, Emmanuel looks to me like he has been abused as an infant also. My first thought when seeing Emmanuel is he looks like a special needs baby. This could have been from abuse.
This of course is just my opinion.

A random thought about what RH says during her interview, reiterating that she saw 'nothing' and how there's no cameras and no lighting.

I remember one time my kid ran off from me around the corner and when I turned up the street I suddenly couldn't see him.

Panic but focus set in immediately and I saw and remembered this black vehicle that had turned in the parking lot just as we were walking.

I was calling his name walking but my mind was racing, recalling in the moments prior EVERYTHING that I had seen and everyone.

It doesn't ring true to me that a mother would focus on how there was definitely NOTHING.

You'd be like, check that vehicle, ask that person, I saw a shady character, ask over there if there are cameras etc etc.

No way in hell you would give up on witnesses that easily and if the police said there were none you'd be calling them incompetent and insisting they keep searching.

I know I'm only repeating what we mostly all already think lol but it was bugging me, why that particular piece of her "story" rang so very untrue!

It is not just you !! I was watching someone who pulled up all his court cases and what they were about and I could not keep track of all the children and women he has harmed. And like I posted earlier - he is only 30 years old and to have hurt so many people in such a short span of time is just crazy to me.

OK, so the fathers attorney admitted on TV, that LE played a video for the parents. That video was cctv from the jewelry store across the lot from Big5.

The lawyer said that the video 'shows something falling down, then getting up.' And he then says that corroborates Rebecca's story. >>> NO, sorry it doesn't.

If it just shows her falling down and then getting up, with nobody knocking her out and running off with her baby, then it is not corroboration.

And AFTER LE shows them this video, they took cadaver dogs to the house, and they dug holes in the yard and dug under the flooring, looking for the baby.

In this instance the video is approved because the lawyer represents Jake Haro.

I think this is a restraining order for the son who was at the game the night of the fake kidnapping, imo. That son has a mother different than the mother of the child who is disabled from beating.

If I have it right (and what we know right now)
1 son - who played in the game
2 children - adopted by cousin
2 children - with RH

Plus the two adult children of RH by her previous husband.

Hm, so wasn't this mom the one who was at the game that night? If so, I wonder if JH has been trying to talk to her and telling her what he wants her to tell LE when questioned or things of that nature that she may find intimidating and thus she filed the R.O....?

Yes, this is what I keep coming up with.
RH has 4 bio children (2 with ex-husband that are now adults and 2 with JH)
JH has 5 bio children (son/daughter adopted by cousin, 2 with RH and son with IG)
Total of 7 children between them (3 for JH, 2 for RH and 2 together)

If there is visitation it might be to stopped it so Jake couldn't come get his court order rights to access to the boy. Otherwise he has the right, and his ex would be in contempt.

I'm guessing that if they had Dr.s examine the 2 year old they found no old fractures or her parents would be in jail.
I'm also wondering where was she that day? At the ballfield? Was she vaxed?

Guess that could be the son who was playing football and his mom at the game. Restraining order could be step #1 towards having all his parental rights removed.

Far too many humans IMO damaged by him.

There are several cameras there with at least 2 parking lots and you can be sure LE was all over those.

Leave a baby in a hot car with temps 90+? I would pray not.

Infuriating that I haven’t checked on this case for a few days, and we’re essentially in the same position we were before. I can only hope that LE knows more than we do.

This entire case feels like a case we’ve seen time and time again, where an abusive parent crosses the line into homicide, and the (potentially abused) spouse goes along with her partner instead of her child. I hope that Emmanuel can be found, whether alive or not, but I have a sinking feeling this is going to turn into one more no body case involving small children and reprehensible “caregivers”.

I understand what an abused woman may be going through; what I don’t understand is being a grown woman, with multiple children, and multiple opportunities to disconnect from a younger man who is clearly violent toward children, continually choosing him over anyone else. There’s a point where you have to step up, regardless of the situation: especially when your own defenseless children are involved.

If RH is less culpable than the waste of male DNA she married, I certainly hope that a competent lawyer can help her separate from him and admit to what happened.

Law enforcement's reaction is very telling imo. If they thought that RH's story was valid, wouldn't they warn Yucaipa parents that a potential kidnapper is on the loose? They've never warned the public, correct?

Like I said, just a matter of time before the Tacoma's GPS and their phone data is sourced and mapped. Along with the lack of video footage of an actual abduction at the Big 5 (she fell down and got up only), isn't that enough to arrest on suspicion of murder or at least child endangerment/abuse?
