The 1st. Her child is the only one who was left unharmed in his past.
The children with the second were the ones who were adopted by his cousin because of the horrible abuse.
Physically, maybe. But all this guy's kids have been horribly affected by him being their dad.

I don't think it was that hot at 7-8pm that day, but still hot enough, and some states it is illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. Not to mention common stinking sense.

But I think most of us suspect Emmanuel was never in that vehicle.
exactly, and you're right it was later not midday sun hot. But I dont even know how long she said she was at that game.

Just circling back to the beginning but seriously who writes "Missing Kid" on the missing poster for their 7 month old baby

IMO one who wants no help from anybody to find that "Missing Kid." Impossible to take that flyer seriously.

just let that sink in. " Missing Kid" how impersonal,
Have they ever said who made that poster? him or her?

Seriously. It feels like they had already immediately distanced themselves from him.

I know his name is beneath, but what kind of headline is that?

Sure, there’s a bunch of kids, from assorted parents, at least one beaten nearly to death—-I guess they just can’t keep track.

I give them a pass. You may not believe this, but the average literacy rate of adults in the United States is about 4th grade. Knowledge of English language, syntax, and context, is the least of the problems with this family.

IIMO it is not about syntax. They put their personal phone numbers on the flyer and left law enforcement out of it completely. That tells me they were not remotely interested in Emmanuel being found. Because IMO the sole reason for the flyer was to bolster their kidnapping story. Thus no reason to even call LE. Last thing they want.

Phone numbers were disconnected, but I presume that is because they were in LE's possession right quick and disabled. Or perhaps they used old phone numbers vs current on that. Who knows. But they were not LE contact numbers.

I had a neighbor whose baby had Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and the very first time I saw the photo of Emmanuel, I suspected he had it as well

Photo in Court TV live of Emmanuel as a much younger baby, looking animated, smiling a bit and from what I can tell, no lazy eye. I believe to date this is the lone photo where Emmanuel appears to be heathy. Time stamp 8:15. Mixed with other images that I believe have been widely seen.

Same image as they used in the thumbnail on the right.

I was wondering about earlier photos of Emmanuel, and if there was a difference in his appearance ( like his eye) and if older pics were being withheld to hide abuse. Who from the familly said he was born with a crossed/ lazy eye ?

I guess it could be syntax, I dont know if my heart would let me write "missing kid" tho. why didnt they write Abducted? and show a sense of urgency,

@anyoldtime48

I am SO grateful that you found a legitimate source for this picture of an even younger Emmanuel.

Yes, in the tan-colored onesie, he looks like any tiny baby. Flailing the arms, a tiny smile, his eyes appear to be searching normally, he’s spreading his fingers a bit as though he’s beginning to learn to grasp.

In every other picture we’ve seen, his eyes are cross-eyed, his mouth is perpetually turned down in a grimace, his hands are always in fists, (which to me appear swollen or something).

It’s just too terrible. Whatever caused this, and most of us appear to feel the same, he was NOT born with these defects/issues/problems.

Or Missing Baby. Abducted Baby. He’s a baby not a kid

Right.

“Missing Kid” sounds like they heard about a child mysteriously vanished from some other town. “Hey, did you hear about that missing kid?”

I can’t imagine parents whose baby is actually missing would be so cavalier. This ought to be the worst thing that’s ever happened to them; but no, it’s all casual.

That plus the catching-her-breath crying from the mom. Yes, people genuinely in grief have all different kinds of responses, but IMO she seemed to be forcing it.

I don’t think it’s a syntactical issue. Just a family enmeshed in violence and attempting to exhibit grief.

If they turn out somehow to be innocent, I will humbly apologize, but that is not what I foresee, based on LE’s reading of the situation, and on the family history.

The attorney told NewsNation that Rebecca Haro, whom he is not representing, agreed to a lie detector test if her lawyer could be present and that both parties could not agree on terms. Jake Haro’s attorney has gone into hiding, fearing for his own life amid death threats.

It’s a bit of a circus outside of the house … there’s a lot of media there, but there’s also a lot of TikTokers and all kinds of pseudo-interested people, and unsavory types,” NewsNation senior investigative producer Allison Weiner told “Elizabeth Vargas Reports.”

“These people are walking onto the lawn, they’re walking up to the house, they’re banging on the door. I saw some of that behavior. So basically, this case has generated a lot of emotional people.”

Weiner said Jake Haro is “Very frightened, and when they left their house, everybody ran after their car.”

I hope Jake is terrified every minute of the day and night. Now he knows what it feels like to be helpless and unable to control the situation. Just like the children he beat.

Someone made it for them, maybe an ESL issue? I was surprised they didn’t also make a spanish version.

They want police help now but don’t want to cooperate with police trying to find their “missing” baby. Make it make sense.

Also the article says Jake’s lawyer is in hiding but also quotes Jake’s lawyer talking to them.

Not sure, but might have been JH's sister who stated that?

Do you think it have been someone elses idea to use their personal number?
I guess that could be true, not everyone knows what to do when this happens, or whats proper.
Like if I was accosted in a parking lot, knocked out and my baby is stolen. that they should try to reach me before the cops.
It almost feels like they are setting their own traps.
