She doesn't mention if it was from birth. She says according to the doctor he is late in development but otherwise in great health and is fine. He just has a lazy eye.

Interesting, but she only knows what she's been told by the monster parents. So there's that, but I wonder if she has knowledge of what Doctor they said Emmanuel was seeing and when.

With Emmanuel believed to be deceased, does that remove the HIPPA protection on his records? Meaning can they be part of the public record of this case?

What about the grandmother, cousins and others? Did they know what was happening, and tried to conceal it as well?

How many cases have we seen where relatives in hindsight, see the signs. But at the time were manipulated by the abuser and believed the lies.

In this casethough, there was prior violent abusive behavior. What's that saying "the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior". That certainly applies here!

Would we be able to see Rebecca's pre-natal medical records as part of this case, or does HIPPA kill that option? I'd be curious to know how her pregnancy went.

Some early medical records have to exist from his birth and shortly after at least.

Any guesses on what sets Jake the monster off? He can't stand hearing a baby cry at night, he's on drugs or drinking and just loses it? I want to know what makes him tick, including information about his childhood.

Probably a baby crying and it distracting him from his gameplay on his multiple gaming consoles imo

I searched for pictures, there are four that I can find. This is the best frontal picture I can find of his face. So odd that there are so few pictures. Did anyone see additional pictures on any family pages before they were locked down?

the scariest part is when theyre coming off of drugs, short fuse usually.
Its been a while since ive seen those breech charges, did it say something about being an addict? (felon with a firearn and known addict ??)

Thanks for posting this! So in one of those documents it states JH was arrested on June 27, 2024 with a felony charge of "convicted felon and narcotic addict own or possess a firearm". He plead not guilty to that charge and not guilty to "Prohibited person own/possess a firearm".

Do i interpret this as JH being addicted to narcotics and therefore cannot own or possess a firearm? Is this why he was arrested?

Riverside County sheriff's deputies say they responded to a call of child abuse at a home in the 23000 block of Cottonwood Avenue in Moreno Valley on Thursday afternoon. They confirmed the investigation is related to the Haros.

Deputies said the investigation into the alleged abuse is ongoing. No further details were released.
