Right, and that was all I was saying too. I don't think anyone was trying to belittle whoever said they heard JW say that in an interview or suggest anyone was lying but merely that it just seems hard to believe. If they have been together since 2017, taking trips with Bond and have lived together for 3 all while Heidi had split custody, at some point they would have met whether it be a school function, pick up/drop off, sports game etc. - it is just highly unlikely that the game she went to before she vanished would just so happen to be the very first time she has met the other woman helping raise her son for the last 5 years. I just never saw that interview or article but either way think it could have been taken out of context or just another thing that JW said that was out of place/off...almost everything he has said at this point he has said another way or something contradictory at another point in time so I don't ever specifically go off any and everything that he has said.

And then since people were discussing they haven't seen anything in MSM about when JW and fiance started dating and/or got engaged in MSM, when I said I didn't believe MSM would ever state that I was referring to the fact that MSM would most likely not include when JW and fiance started dating and/or got engaged as that topic was not really relevant to her missing...not that the fiance was not relevant to the case at all.

IIRC, the owner/landlord lives in the adjacent house on the same lot, and is the one who entered with the LE officer for the wellness check, and allegedly entered with JW as well. I assume that person is probably checking the house regularly and collecting mail, but my guess is that the bills, with the possible exception of the electric bill, are going unpaid.

As to hearing from JW, it seems he finally clammed up, perhaps at the suggestion of his attorney, and Heidi's friends have gone silent as well. It is possible that LE has told them something to suggest there is no need for them to continue to talk to the media, but imo, most MSM seems to have lost interest, probably due to the fact that very few have real investigative journalists anymore, and LE is giving them nothing at all. JMO

I suppose we can assume Jason Sugarman has some association with all of these given that 3129 Helms Avenue in Los Angeles is given as the address of record of either the corporation manager or the agent/manager/controller, Heidi. 3129 Helms Avenue is the address of Camden Capital Partners, Heidi's employer. Having multiple entities is not unusual for someone and no evidence of wrong doing in and of itself. BUT if JS is under investigation and Heidi is tied to these entities in some form she would likely have some knowledge of the operations. Especially if she really is the controller.

I know it has been mentioned a few posts back, but I do find it interesting that Heidi's vehicle wasn't readily found in the area of the H+F bldg. Or anywhere else for that matter. I suppose LE could have found it and kept that quiet, but at least initially it appears LE was looking for it in the initial missing person media reports.

A lot of strange stuff here besides that aspect.
- Seen on video at 6:30 PM walking her dog near the H+F bldg.
- Dog found at approx. 7PM on 28th floor of H+F bldg.
- Even though she is last seen on video at 6:30 and dog is found at 7PM in same general area, her cell phone is at her residence. She has more than phone? Was told not to bring her phone to a meeting? (This is also questioned in the Profiling Evil video.)
- Heidi's connection to H+F bldg, if any?
- Her employer or co-workers connection to the H+F bldg, if any?
- Heidi's dog in the video of her leaving her residence shows the dog walking with her dragging his leash. IOW, the dog isn't being controlled by the leash but follows Heidi nonetheless. When the dog is found is found on the floor of the H+F building is the dog focused on a particular room since he does appear to follow her well? Or is the dog wandering aimlessly, appearing lost on that floor? The last one would make me thing the dog was dropped on that floor to throw off LE.
- LE going into her home on 29 Oct? I've read this was the FBI and not just LAPD. If the FBI was involved why would they be interested in a local missing persons case? Not unheard of as local LE has requested FBI help in many cases, but one think LAPD has sufficient resources to handle a missing persons case. Unless there is something else here involved that is not typical of your run-of-the-mill missing persons case.

I still think of Alan White; after he was found there was no indication that evidence was found; total silence. I think after his body was found his husband sold the house; family did not appeal to the public to help find his killer, nothing.

Re all the LLC and LP shiz; run them through real property records and they may come up as sellers and buyers if properties that are being flipped. It’s very common for flippers to set up different LLCs and take out hard money loans to buy a property set up another as a partner for additional financing and then selling. When I did escrow I know one brokerage we worked with that did this and usually the llcs would be the property address sort of but not always, just random names and variations on things familiar.
This is why I think someone with enough knowledge but not enough to know these little details would pull Corp records thinking she had access to more than she actually does.

Regardless of whatever Heidi's latest business venture involved, I've come to believe that her most precious possession was BW. She was willing to fight for him at all costs. JW made that extremely difficult, if not impossible, with the repeated court filings. JW's finances have changed since COVID--he now works for someone. I think that's the motive-- eliminate Heidi, and have complete control of BW. I would be taking a very close look at him.

As long as we don't sleuth someone who is not a suspect (as I have just been reminded), fine. I would point out that the Court had no problem giving him full custody, and her lawyer did not object. Given the long legal history here, I suspect the Court knows the situation well. AFAIK (but of course I haven't sleuthed him) JW has a clean record -- so all his actions may have been in the interests of protecting BW.
