What would the alleged evidence that a crime was committed at H+F be if HP was killed by taking a pill with fentynal? MOO

Allegedly being provided a poison pill is a crime in itself, if in fact that is what happened.
From the little I’ve gathered and the generalized debauchery described, it’s clear to me that the “aftermath,” allegedly recorded, involves several people and criminal behavior. An attempted cover-up.
The only partial recount we have heard was divulged by the piece of work Maserati woman whose tire had been slashed and may be in danger herself.
I think we can count on this entailing an even more disturbing series of events.

I would be very easy to prove her ex's accusations that Heidi was addicted to Adderall as long as investigators got a warrant for her Adderall fill history at the pharmacies where she shopped. They could also speak with the prescribers to see how many prescriptions she was getting each month.

The alleged evidence could potentially be eyewitness statements. And [warning-graphic] if she ODed, she may have vomited and there might be traces of that. Charges could range from drug trafficking to negligent homicide to abuse of a corpse. JMHO and IANAL.

Narcan, available. No reason for one who parties large not to have it on hand. My opinion.

If heidis death was opioid related, I 100000% agree. Narcan could have saved my sisters life. But my BIL was scared to tell 911 that he even had narcan in the house (let alone that she overdosed) so instead, he essentially let her die. So it’s not unrealistic for me to believe that people would try to conceal her dead body vs. calling 911 or administering narcan. If my sisters own husband could let her die, I have no doubt in my mind that a friend or acquaintance could take it to the extreme of concealing a body. Jmo

According to Heidi's ex, Heidi was addicted to Adderall and "would go to three different doctors so she could get three separate prescriptions, making sure she always paid for two of them in cash so her abuse wouldn't be discovered."

As a pharmacist I can assure you that pharmacists are supposed to check on the statewide database for controlled drugs before filling the prescriptions. Even if a person pays in cash, it still will show up on the database. Some people think paying cash will help them get away with it, but all that does is stop an alert from popping up from the insurance company denying the coverage due to the fill being too soon. When someone insists on paying with cash that is a huge glaring sign to check the database because we know how many people try to game the system. Perhaps the pharmacists were extremely careless and did not check her Adderall fill history on the statewide database-- not impossible if the pharmacists were in a busy retail setting, and with COVID vaccinations pharmacists are even more overworked than usual -- but more likely is that pharmacists DID catch her and flagged her account, precluding her from illegally getting multiple scripts. This would have pushed her to procure the drug illegally.




I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to lace Adderall with fentanyl here? That's just not true. Drug dealers lace Adderall with fentanyl here in the US so that their clients will get more addicted and buy more.

I had an issue with my insurance once when I didn’t get my new card in time for me to pick up my script. I told the pharmacy I’d pay cash and work it out with my insurance later, and they said no. I dread picking up my meds every month because depending on the pharmacist, they will treat you like a criminal or drug addict lol. Not all pharmacists of course, but it happens. There’s nothing more frustrating/stressful for someone with ADHD than having an insurance or pharmacy issue when picking up meds.

If this woman opened the trash chute on the 28th floor and saw Heidi's body stuck there, why would she not immediately call 911? Even if the body subsequently fell to the basement before LE arrived, it would still be on the premises. She, herself, wouldn't be liable for any charge. She could have done this anoymously also.
Also, I wonder if the hand loop of the leash was put over the door knob of the dog sitter's apartment because they were not there and because Heidi wanted to get back to the party. If the dog jumped around it could have been dislodged and the dog was free to roam the 28th floor till found.

It is my understanding that the Maserati woman and one of the two women had met before. I believe it was at the vigil they had held there. So while not friends they had met. As for the reason of asking them to help change the tire it could be that she wanted let them know what she knew. Since she had met the one woman before and knew of her connection to Heidi she may have felt guilty and wanted to get it off her chest. She could also be one of those people that want to insert themselves into the story and made the whole thing up, or she could have told the story to deflect attention away from someone else. At this point we really know nothing for sure. MOO

Dawn referred to use of her Triple-A membership: AAA gives members a sticker to put on their vehicle - if the slashed-tire victim spotted this, and knew Dawn, she may have asked if Dawn would call AAA and 'lend' her use of her number.

I don’t believe anyone mentioned this, but there are 2 types of adderall. One is an instant release pill, and it’s like a solid typical looking pill. The other is time release and is a pill capsule filled with tons of tiny little balls. When you take it, half the balls are absorbed into your system right away, the other half don’t absorb for a few hours. It would be extremely easy for anyone to twist open the capsule, add a few grains of fentanyl, and twist the capsule back together. The person swallowing the pill would have no idea. Very very easily this could happen.

Regarding the Maserati woman...I cannot buy the story that a resident asked two other women visiting the building to help her change her tire. In a high rise like that, chances are the Maserati owner would have tipped one of the condo employees to change the tire. Does it make any sense to others here that the Maserati woman asked for the other women's assistance?

I originally thought that, as well, but now I wonder if it simply means that they have all of the security camera footage, proving that HP entered the building but never walked out on her own, and forensic evidence of her being in the garbage chute itself, which would imply her not being alive. Simple.

Most of the people at the alleged party were likely under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time. Also, most of the people at the party were likely well-to-do people based on the rent level of the floor and the claim that crypto gambling was involved. Toss in the claim about strippers being present, and you have a cocktail of reasons why partygoers would not want this kind of activity being revealed to their significant others, work colleagues, and/or clients.

Also, it is likely that these partygoers (though friendly) are not friends. They are likely associated purely for the purpose of experiencing these types of parties and did not have personal connections to HP that would make them more likely to come forward.

As far as the H+F employees, their reasoning would be very simple, they want to keep their jobs and protect the owners from lawsuits.

I’ve never seen a AAA sticker on someone’s vehicle, do people really put these on their car? I find it hard to believe that someone with a masarati doesn’t have an insurance policy that includes roadside assistance. The whole story is very strange to me. Jmo

IMHO I think the police were told what happened before the landfill search. They knew she was deceased and why. The Mazerati lady just could not keep this info to herself and needed to tell someone for what ever reason. What better way than to tell someone with a podcast connection.
