Well this is good:

After police served them a warrant, however, the owners began cooperating.

And the husband didn't see her car there. Also, back to being vague about the dog. That he was found wandering the apartment complex. I wish a reporter would ask for clarification.

Also new. LE took the son's phone. Of course I don't think he had anything to do with this. But it shows LE is leaving no stone unturned.

Moo.

Timeline shows missing mom Heidi Planck's final movements

Oct 17- Went to her son's football game

Oct 17- Was last seen in Downtown LA

Oct 17- Her dog was found at Hope + Flowers

Oct 20-Failed to pick up son

Oct 20- Missing persons report and wellness check performed

Oct 29- FBI raid

(Is this correct? I've had a tough time making out the timeline, and don't have 100 percent faith in The Sun.)

I don't have a link, but her laptop and phone ended up back at her house.

I know it's California so things are much more expensive... But am I missing a trust fund or something...

Her House is minimum a $1,000,000 even if she's renting that's some serious coin
She droves a newer Range Rover
Her kid is at a $10k a year Private school
2 Cell Phones
Her hair is perfection that has to be minimum couple hundred a month

But she's an executive assistant....... The difference between her income and expenses is improbable unless I'm missing something.

" her name on so much of their corporate paperwork," -- that ain't no 'executive assistant' -- imho....

"Jim Wayne believes his ex-wife's job may have played a role in her disappearance after he received a phone call from a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) official on Oct. 21 asking him what he knows about her boss, JS."

Missing California woman's ex-husband suspects foul play: 'Something's dirty here'

I have a sinking suspicion her disappearance may be related to the massive SEC fraud case JS is involved in. The charges JS faces are connected to a "fraudulent scheme to gain undisclosed control over two registered investment advisers so that he, his partner, and their associates could steal $43 million of client funds they purported to invest in Native American tribal bonds." MOO.

ETA: I wonder if perhaps Heidi worked in the "office in California" referenced in the court document below.

I wonder if it really was the SEC, did he get the person's name and confirm it with them?

Really good point. I hope someone thinks about checking that.

It sounds like the dog texts was to Heidi's phone?

You can't just put someone's name on paperwork and SEC filings without their permission... She obviously knew her name was on the information, I just couldn't imagine a situation in which I would let someone use my name like that. I'm kind of fanatical about that type of stuff , but even people who are more easy going I would think would not be offering up their name and social's to be liable for an entire LLC.

What is this about the dog related text? They changed their story?

Moo.

IMO the word should be "alerted" not altered. Clears that right up, lol...

Yes this was the SUN timeline - the only only question I have is : Oct 17 when the Sun said she was last seen on that date in downtown LA - have we seen that corraborated anywhere else ?

Why did police do a wellness check, find nothing, and then come back a few days later with their guns drawn expecting there to be someone there and some sort of potential danger?

Did they not know about the first check or did they learn something in between?
You bet they learned something in between!!!

my friend is an executive asst to a CEO and makes over 100k.

i think HP house prob worth over a million but a million dollar house in areas of ca, being a million is not some fancy house. my house i rent is worth probably 1.2 and i rent it for 3550. and i make 40k a year, my husband makes maybe 60. but we have no choice because there is nothing cheaper that we fit in.

Could be company car? House too. Even if tax records show assets in her name, could be a result of bonuses. Not that unusual if you are the right-hand of a major financial player. Just thinking out loud- haven’t searched tax rolls.
