Maybe that's why it turned into an argument? Heidi was scared and wanted her boyfriend to come down, but he couldn't or wouldn't. It seems strange that the boyfriend simply not being able to schedule a visit that weekend would have sparked an actual argument and his assumption that she ghosted him for days over it. Or maybe the "argument" was about something else entirely?

Her friend also said on Nancy Grace that they were on again/off again and been off for about a month and that she broke it off with him. So very plausible that they still talked some and she had said she was scared and wanted him to come down and him saying no bc he had to work pissed her off. And if she had ended things a month prior he maybe thought she was mad and was ignoring him. Whats odd though is was that it...just "im scared wish you were here" and no further talking? Or had she said/texted that prior to him coming down and he never responded and then she never did so he thought she was mad at him. Or did she say say/text that right before/after the game, the friday before, the week before etc. like that would be very helpful to know when that was stated and if there was any further discussion.

We need to know when this was said/texted...was it the week before, earlier that weekend, was it right before/after the game etc. the timing of that and if they had any further communication regarding that is key.

Not necessarily. It might just be the nature of their relationship. Plus, if the boyfriend was exposed to the son, the boyfriend & father may have had a relationship. (And the son might have added his observations as well).

I kept thinking there’d be a time stamp or something from the video, but so far nothing, which is kind of weird. I thought LE usually released at least an approximate time the missing person was seen.

Well, too, that might not be accurate, that the home video is the last known sighting; there might be evidence that she was seen on later video/surveillance- at the building?
All this is being held very closely since it has been under investigation by the LAPD high profile RHD since sometime before the obvious public almost midnight search of her home on 10/29.

She was at the son's football game. The son is 10 turning 11 this week apparently. Putting him in middle school. The game at the school in Downey on october 17 was at 7PM. But this was a high school game. Middle school game would have to have been before not after. I'd guess the game was several hours earlier and we know she left at half time. Half time is usually about an hour to an hour and half into the game. There was probably a 2-3 buffer in between the games but maybe more I'd guess she left between at 2-3PM but it could be anywhere between 12-5 most likely. Hard to say though.

Pius X is the HS btw this was not varsity football a 10 yo was playing.

BBM he is in 5th grade so last year of elementary i will bet. You have to be 5 before 9/1 to start kinder so his birthday would be too late for him to be in middle school i think. but private school may be different.

I was able to find a schedule for the Southern California youth league that had a football schedule that included Downey, but it appears those games were on 10/16 and in Glendora. So not helpful. Let me check this out.

Out of those flag football teams, this one group called "southeast" seems to be the ones who played at that field on Oct 17th. (link: CYO - Los Angeles) Out of the two games that were played there that day, only one has a score, the game between St Cyprian and St Joseph, which took place at 1 pm. I'm betting that's the one. So... if these middle school games are 1-1.5 hrs, that would give an approximate last seen time around... 1:30 pm? I've had a long day, yall, so please check my logic here. Whadduya think?

The situations are a bit different because Martha Stewart didn’t swindle millions of dollars from investors or steal money from Peter to pay Paul. Martha simply sold off the shares she had invested in a pharmaceutical company because the founder told her the FDA was about to shut them down (and then lied to authorities about why she’d sold them a day before the FDA came ‘a knocking). Middle school games have different times. Their quarters are only 12 minutes each. In our local middle school games, they don't stop the clock as often as they do in HS games, so it's possible she wasn't even there an hour.

my son plays middle school pop warner they do for sure stop the clock. HP's son is probably on the 10U team though, because in order for him to play 12U, he would have to be 11 by 7/31. i think that age group has 10 min quarters as well.
