They used it in OS's. The Defense, that is. Have no idea, other than to possibly point the crime to a dif person?

Right, but they showed an excerpt from something on the screen. I thought that was from an investigator or someone on the State side.

ETA: from OS's 44:10... Even Sgt. Ryan Smith, you see it here, in his DNA analysis request form, said we believe Summer was raped before she was murdered

Interesting that you should say that. For the first time , I thought the baby looked just like his mother. In looking back on the videos when he is toddling and dancing and doing his own kinda speak. Just melts one's heart.

#McStay - Joseph McStay skull. M.E. says minimum of 4 fractures to his skull. Prosecutor: Since there is no tissue, there's no way to know if there was a laceration, correct? Medical examiner: Based on the injuries to the skull I would expert there would be lacerations.

#McStay - Medical examiner says the circular/oval shape of the fracture, "you start to think the object that was used to create that..has a round or oval shape." She says there's no way to tell definitively what the weapon was but sledgehammer is possible

#McStay - Defense cross exam. Medical examiner says a fracture to the jaw can happen without leaving an open laceration. She says she would expect to see blood inside the mouth, coming out of the mouth.

She just said again... I would expect blood to be at that scene. She says that she wouldn't expect blood to be where ever the body is in transport, it wouldn't continue to flow out. He asks her if gravity would cause the blood to come out, she says yes, a certain amount, but not a lot.

I think their argument is going to be that one surprise blow to back of head to incapacitate and move them into an easy cleanup area, remaining blows to finish the job. Interesting both Joey and summer had a large hole on back left of skull, and Joey right earlobe. Both are consistent with someone being left handed. The impacts from behind would favor the left side of the head, in front potentially the right.

I just don’t think they were killed at the home. I think they were subdued and abducted there. I think if chase had a weapon to either of the boys or summer Joey would do anything chase wanted. And vice versa if the weapon was on Joey. Why would Chase all the stuff he did from the house and bury it? I think Gianni brought his back pack with him when Chase took them. Then he had to get rid of the evidence from his house/truck/storage unit.

I don’t have an answer.

Ok ok. Summer didn’t have a shirt in the grave. So he got rid of it because he had her blood and some how his dna on it. The kids didn’t have clothes right? Just a. Diaper?

But Joey was completely dressed and wrapped.

See that’s strange to me. I don’t know why. Joey has to most injuries (but he was also the most recovered so we could see his injuries) but also the most like taken care of after death.

Ok. I had a head injury once that bled profusely. I had to go to the ER. The nurse there told me to use hydrogen peroxide to get the blood out of my clothes and carpet and it worked but I’m sure there’s still traces of it chemically. Could hydrogen peroxide hide blood That well?
