Frankly, who knows? LE was not very clear on the point and left me with more questions than answers, as many others have expressed today. :banghead:

Facts don't usually change in a case. But, this one seems to be all over the place and particularly vague, then continually changing, on who exactly was at the mansion at the time of MS' fall.

GS was said to have been there and made the 911 call but she has been slowly erased out of the scene and replaced with the daughter, slash that, sister, slash that, niece of RN. :crosseyed:

Re the knot: In the image where the rope is tied to the bed post. That type of knot is not anything intricate. Coming from a family who has a lake cabin and does water sports, many ropes are purchased and have a knot & loop on the end already. That looks to be the case here. Re the suicide: With the "evidence" presented, I personally don't see how any other conclusion than suicide could be drawn. While the circumstances are strange, there is absolutely no proof what so ever of anyone else's fingerprints/DNA on any of the items. If that's the case, WHO could it be? I suppose someone could have worn gloves, but if this is the case, where are the footprints on the balcony when this person may have dropped/shoved Rebecca over the railing. Surely there would be more of a mess of the dust, more of a shuffle of something that had occurred if someone else where there as well.

Re the message: To me, this confirms more toward suicide. I have no doubt a message like that would be written by a woman. It's a poetic, dramatic statement, and IMO a man would NEVER think of something like that. She is saying...She (Rebecca) saved Jonah, but can he (Jonah) save her. IMO, from herself. It just does not make sense that some other random murderer (since we know Jonah & Dina were confirmed at the hospital), would search for paint and a paint brush and make this statement. Rebecca was the poetic artistic unique person, and IMO she wrote the message.

RN is known to have a teenaged niece and nephew (from RN's memorial write-up).

In one of the articles posted today it was clarified by the Z family or by their attorney that the 13 year old in question was RN's niece.

There has been nothing to date that proves RN has a 13 year old sister.

I said they may change their THEORY as to what happened and release more details. I'm not accusing LE of covering up a crime or faking any stories.

I agree jjenny.

I thought it was in January that it was reported she was not working out, had lost weight and reported problems...that was 6 months prior to her death. I don't see that as valid proof that she was suffering the same problems in July. Clearly from the gym's reports, she was there a lot. She was reported to be in good physical condition.

I don't believe the witness' statement is an accurate description of her state of mind just prior to MS accident.

IMO, there is more to the Max story than we have been told. I cannot see how he could have been launched over the top off that stairwell guard just by running down the hallway.

While the suicide manner is bizarre, I am feeling that LE is hampered by details they don't want to give for various reasons and that if they could do so, it might clarify things. I don't believe that this is a case of money buying the right "verdict", so to speak. JMO

I hope RN's family puts it out there. Maybe others can help. I won't say what my initial thought was anymore. I'm still trying to understand the COD of Rebecca put out today and all of the great facts here I've read. Number one fact, why go to the trouble or humility of dying naked, you can't determine spray paint on a door as to who wrote it, I'd say usually as some people like to have their siggy of sorts.

If NP's death was based on if/ands/whys/couldof/shouldofs/butonceithappenedlikethiscuz...then I've seen that I think once in my life. Busch in AZ as reference.
