If her family keeps up with the accusations, LE might revise their theory, imo.
Are you suggesting LE is going to come up with a fake story to punish the family?

I wondered the same thing.
I thought the niece was supposed to be taking a shower when the accident occurred? How is it that she was the first one to make the 911 call?
LE never said niece.
Detectives claim a witness told them she was not working out. Gym trainer says she was working out all the time.
"But according to trainers, Zahau worked out constantly this summer. She was in that weekend, Reed Holman said, referring to the days before Zahau died."

i've actually never heard "niece" as one of the possibles..not sure where that came from. can anyone enlighten me?
RN is known to have a teenaged niece and nephew (from RN's memorial write-up).
In one of the articles posted today it was clarified by the Z family or by their attorney that the 13 year old in question was RN's niece.
There has been nothing to date that proves RN has a 13 year old sister.

Considering in many other cases we get to hear 911 calls, aren't 911 supposed to be released to the public?
I wonder if perhaps the older child played a role in what happened to Max and LE does not want to "go there" so is being forced to leave out many details which would help the whole thing make more sense if they were to tell all.
Just a question, not an accusation or whatever.
IMO, there is more to the Max story than we have been told. I cannot see how he could have been launched over the top off that stairwell guard just by running down the hallway.
I think we'll be hearing more to the story via unnamed sources just as we first learned that LE was leaning toward suicide.
