The facts will be presented during trial, but it's usually possible to figure out most of what happened well before trial.
I beg to differ. This case seems to have a lot of twists and turns. There are more unusual or extenuating circumstances in this case than what I would think is the norm.
Add to that, the fact that there are no bodies, and no "smoking" gun, and absolutely no disclosure of the tiniest bit of evidence, I highly doubt this is going to be figured out before the trial. JMO
