RW has his head completely down in prisoner box. Photo shows him striking a pose on bed, hold himself, wearing camisole.

In these photos, lawyer notes, RW is "modelling" the lingerie, striking different poses, angles, expressions.

Greg McArthur - The family of his second victims in Tweed, Ont., nearly caught Col. Williams in the act. They saw a "tall man" running away from the house one day when they came home in October 2007, but didn't notice anything missing. During his confession in February, Col. Williams referred to the incident as a "close call."

Greg McArthur - The underwear he stole from the second home he targetted belonged to 11-year-old twin girls.

CBC:
Amber Hildebrandt reports: "The Crown is discussing another b&e and detailing the photos Williams took at the scene. Underwear was taken from the home. There are photos of items Williams took. The homeowners were unaware of anyone ever having broken in. Williams said he broke into or tried to break in to the place on three occasions. He stole 19 pieces of lingerie the first time and downloaded photos into three subfolders on his computer. The first set has 27 pictures, showing he was there for 2 hours and 22 minutes."

Lawyers say they need to go through agreed facts, demonstrate his obsessions. It matters for possible future parole hearings.

Another common theme (besides the self-made 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬) is that the victims had no idea anyone had even broken in to their homes.

People were visibly shaken at recess. "It's more devestating than I thought," said one woman. "It's horrifying," said her husband

On and on...

Court is shown photos that at a glance might be comical in different circumstances, a respected and robust colonel squeezed into a child's bright orange bra and panties.
In the context of these crimes, no one even thinks of a snicker -- the modeling inside a bedroom of an 11 year girl, decorated in a Little Mermaid theme -- suggests his escalating dangerousness. His penis protrudes from the garments and is one of many explicit photos of himself, some in a mirror.

Greg McArthur - In all of the photos he has the same straight, serious look on his face. It's almost like it's work for him.

Greg McArthur - In almost all of the break-ins described so far, Col. Williams spent a prolonged amount of time in the homes -- between one and three hours. How long had he been staking out the residences?

CBC:
WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT: Amber Hildebrandt reports: "On another count Williams admitted to breaking in to a home through the patio door and stole 13 pieces of lingerie. He downloaded upwards of 20 photos from the incident to his computer. They show 3 different bedrooms but also family photos on walls. He is naked in several of the images."

As horrific as all this is, I'm dreading when they reach the sexual assaults and murders. Perhaps they won't get around to those until tomorrow or later.

Greg McArthur - He also consistently took photos of the drawer that the underwear was stolen from. Clearly, he really wanted to document the entire process. All of the photos follow the same sequence: first a photo of underwear in the drawer, then a shot of the entire booty, carefully laid out, and then a photo of himself wearing the lingerie.

Jill Mahoney - Here's an update from Timothy Appleby:

As the horrifying pictures flash on the video screen, chiefly showing pictures of the colonel modelling himself in stolen lingerie, the admitted killer continues to stare at the floor. There is a sense of unreality to all this. As if no one can quite believe what they are seeing. And as the statement of facts moves on to the sex attacks and murders later today, much worse is expected. 12:01

Williams' reaction

For most of the photos, Williams raises his head slightly to look, gazes at it for a few seconds before returning to his head-down stance.

Even veteran reporters, some who covered Bernardo and Homolka cases say they have not seen anything like this.

Even the author of a forthcoming book on Williams says he is shocked by what we are seeing.

The thing that makes me sick about this, is RW is in the courtroom, and gets to see the pictures etc. again.

A family member just left the courtroom in tears. It's difficult to hear that #ColRW stole underwear from children

Forgot to mention first step in photo-taking pattern: a panoramic shot of the bedroom came before underwear drawer. #ColRW

ColRW had a pattern: take photo of underwear drawer, take photo of himself wearing the underwear, pleasure himself

I have to wonder, even though it is so disturbing, is whether he is enjoying looking at those photos again since that is one of the ways he got his kicks. He shouldn't be allowed to view any of those photos again. JMO

Jill Mahoney - Another update from Tim:

As prosecutor Robert Morrison goes through this almost unbelievable chronology of perversion, his calm professional mode of delivery serves the court well. The Crown was determined that when the time came there would be a full public account of this litany of crime. Now it is being aired.
Also certain is that probably nobody in the packed courtroom has ever seen anything so appalling.

This scum bag should never see the light of day again.

Once this trial is over they should just let him kill himself.

I hate the idea of my tax dollars going to support the likes of this SICKO.
