HI NSU! I think the police mean that the suspect drove BACK near Sonia's place and the car would have had obvious blood visible on the outside of the car. Her car being white too, it would have been so risky to drive the car and have someone notice blood stains on it. He abandoned her car so close to where she was murdered. That fact will also be a large clue for police, I would expect.

Yes, I knew that he drove her white car but I'm not all that familiar with the area (Orangeville/Caledon) to know where he exactly left the blood-stained car.
How far from her house (the killing place, no doubt) was SV's car left? And also, do we know HOW MUCH blood are LE talking about when they say it would have been "clearly visible"? A few drops on a white car? Or large smears on the white car?
Any answers would help me get a better picture in my head of what happened regarding the blatant driving of SV's car after her murder.
