She was declared indigent. She can't be doing interviews and making money, or that indigent status goes away. Any money she makes is going to be watched like a hawk by the IRS because she owes them. She is not a celebrity, and she is not going to be living high on the hog while on probation.
And how do I put this. Real celebrities doing normal things get attention. Real celebrities being idiots gets attention. Real celebrities doing community service for their probation gets attention because of how they dress and because they don't normally have to suffer consequences like that. People are interested either in the unattainableness of being a celebrity, or seeing celebrities act in stupid ways that lessen their status in the eyes of Joe Public. If they're not unattainable, at least they can be made fun of for doing something stupid and getting caught on film.
Casey is not a real celebrity. She was unattainable and exclusive until now thanks to her money hungry DT, but being infamous doesn't make a person be in the same realm as actual celebrities. I mean shoot, actual celebrities don't even like Casey Anthony. A convicted felon forced to live a normal life on probation is not going to get any attention after a short while. Anyone will be able to get pictures of her if she is seen. There goes exclusive picture deals. Casey is not even interesting as a person. All she does is tell lie after lie. No one is going to be interested in an interview with her, especially now that she is on probation. Her marketability as someone living the high life with exclusive picture deals is over. She can't hide anymore. She can't play games anymore. She's not unattainable or exclusive anymore, and that makes her a lot less interesting to go after. Her shot at making millions of dollars is over.
Casey is going to be boring, so very boring, unless she violates her probation. Only then will she be back in the news.
