They wont bother, they will say he contacted her and that she has not responded to him. Especially now that there is no way to verify it. I think inmate letters especially Scotts, since he is tried and convicted, should be public record.

Yes they can have tv and/or radio (outside the bars of the cell) Local TV only...so probably not a ton of coverage, but enough to see her strut her junk a few times.

They released a letter that was written to Nick Hogan from Stephanie Ragusa. I don't get why this one can't be released. And yes, inmates can write to whomeever they want unless they are violating a no contact order in doing so. All the letters are read, but they can be penpals. I would guess they can call each other if they choose to use their calls to do so. What a love story this should be. Which one do you think would end up dead?
