I agree. I think she was up to no good too. I have wondered about her lies about her getting the house. CA said that it wasn't true, she was not signing the house over to her. I have wondered where that came from. I have wondered about the searches for the "neck breaking" and "household weapons" on the computer and some have speculated that it could have been that she was going to try to do away with CA and GA. I have wondered that myself, however, at the time KC was a very small person, and I wondered how she could have carried out that plan on both CA and GA by way of "neck breaking" and "household weapons." I then thought that she may have been searching for ways to kill Caylee. KC is a sociopath and is very self-centered. She was very jealous of JG's attention to Caylee. She also was very jealous of CA's relationship to Caylee as well (JMO). She seemed to want all of the attention on her. IMO I feel that she knew that as Caylee grew up that Caylee would have more attention focused on her, and there would be less attention on KC. Again, sociopaths are very self centered, jealous and paranoid.Authors must have a similar process to make the characters seem real and to write a scene. Casey made up a whole cast of characters in this make-believe life she was leading! There's usually a thread of truth woven into every lie. She told Amy she could move in real soon, and she told TonE he could start hanging out at her house real soon. Then, Caylee went missing which could not be the plan, IMO. I think the plan had to involve getting rid of CA and GA more than Caylee.
I always wonder about the first visitor to the jail, the guy supposely visits she says out of the blue, but what if....
Casey had a contract out on her parents. She made arrangements for someone to break in and kill them. It didn't happen, but by then the unexpected fight and Caylee passing happened.
Enjoying everyone's posts. This thread topic is fascinating. Trying to get into Casey's mind offers all kinds of creative slants, and the lies are stories in themselves. "She was up to no good" is how my own mother would put it.
As far as getting the house, I felt that she had to have a lie to tell as all of her friends were on their way to better things..i.e. college education and a better life for themselves. She had nothing going for her. She had no job, no education in that respect... so she made up a lie that she was going to have the home...(a nice home at that). JMO.
The first friend that visited her in jail (PB) was very strange to me as well...and if you go back and listen to that visit, you will notice that she appears to not know him at first, but after he leaves and she goes behind that curtain, you will hear her say "oh! I remember that kid!" (you may have to turn up the volume to hear it). I just assumed that he was wanting to be in the media for whatever reason.. who knows? But there may be some connection somewhere.
She has definitely been up to no good, and I believe that CA and GA have known all along of her lies. They've just been covering up for her. (JMO)
