Every page I read I'm like "ohhhhhhh maybe soso did it" ... then I'm "ohhhh dang SA did do it" .... then it's "omg maybe soso did it! sure sounds shady!"

I think after doing some reading and then we can go back and see if we can piece it all together I have not read it all but maybe they did request some text information.... or maybe it was one of those things that sat in a box because they didn't know what to do with it LOL (like the cell tower records that are now sitting on KZ's office floor lol)

I contacted District Attorney (DA) KENNETH KRATZ and asked DA KRATZ about keeping
the barrels. I was advised by DA KRATZ that the barrels from the AVERY properly would
remain in evidence. DA KRATZ also wanted the barrel marked #4 that was returned to the
AVERY property to be brought back. After talking with DA KRATZ, arrangements were made
for long-term storage in the back garage of the CALUMET COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT.

BBM Huh? Barrel #4 was returned to the Avery property..... and this is dated November 8th.... the day the bones were found. I thought it was maybe a typo, but I can't figure out what would be a typo in that sentence?

I am no where near done reading the full report.... but I wanted to share some thoughts that are going through my mind at this point. And I would be interested where everyone else is at and what your thoughts are too

SA is an . Period. I am reading so many red flags about others though that I can't help but have reasonable doubt. CA, EA <<< WTH! Most of the things that CA and EA were accused of or charged with was during the time that SA was in prison for the assault on PB. I can absolutely understand the thought process towards this family, it doesn't make it right, and it doesn't mean that SA killed TH, if anything, it gives me more reason to believe that CA and/or EA also had it "in them" to commit this murder too and it creates reasonable doubt.

If there was a rogue LEO who thought maybe putting the bones in the pit would tie SA directly to the murder... planting the key.... planting the blood, it would put the focus on him and away from all the other potential suspects that lived on that property, and there were many! Is it possible that someone else that lived on that property strategically placed the evidence where it was found? That could be it too.

Jodi's various interviews... sorry, I didn't take note of the page numbers, but they are randomly found throughout the document (there are many interviews with her).... one thing that stood out to me was that she admits to him hitting her, pulling her, pushing her, but when it came to sex, if at any time she was uncomfortable or hurting her, he would stop. She also made a comment about wanting him to rip her clothes off and he declined. (that strikes me as odd if he is a rapist/murderer and is accused of raping/torturing/murdering TH.... anyone else?) Oh and... the night he got arrested for DV or disturbance, she said that he pulled her by the arm, and was making her leave the property because the cops were going to come, she said they got in the car and the cops were parked across the street from Avery Rd. <<< were they just sitting there? watching? waiting? it struck me as strange, and I had to wonder if she was drinking and he was trying to get her out of there so they would not find her drunk (was she found in breach of probation that night? it's all becoming a big mushy mess in my head haha)

Teresa's personal life.... I'm happy to see that TH was just a normal 25 year old and was doing her thing I can see that some of the relationships that she had could have caused some issues, maybe with jealousy. Thinking back to RH's testimony and how he was so sure that SB and TH were just friends, I wonder what he thought when he found out it was more than that.... or maybe he never did? I have yet to see any follow up with RH other than the first few days (again, I'm not done reading). RH seemed to know an awful lot about TH's 'life' though... red flag IMO According to her one friend... TH didn't want to have a relationship with BC but BC kept calling (is he the one that was calling TH all the time?) ... red flag.

I informed CANDY I did need to speak with ***** about the accusations of a sexual assault
that may have happened between STEVEN and *****. I provided CANDY with my phone
number. I informed CANDY that the district attorney's office would be willing to have a JOHN
DOE hearing and Subpoena ***** if she did not discuss with an investigator what had
happened between ***** and STEVEN. I informed CANDY, that during the investigation, it
was found out that several people knew STEVEN had sexual intercourse with *****. I
informed CANDY that I would like for ***** to contact me by the end of the week so I could
speak with her.

I have replaced her name with the *****. Is it common to threaten the mother of a suspected victim of sexual assault with something like this? I again had a WTH moment. If you keep reading after this, ***** is interviewed by Baldwin, and there is just something not right about the whole situation. Is there an age of consent law in Wisconsin, does anyone know? The reason I ask is because Baldwin seems to want to connect the 'incident' with her age at the time.

For now... these are some thoughts about the extra information we are getting and is subject to me changing my mind as I keep reading LOL The evidence.... I have had a few :banghead: moments, but need to go back and look at other reports and testimony. I have yet to find anything about the quarry south of the property, anyone else find it?

huh.... I'm not sure when it happened. I just checked court records and it's not there, but I know we have read about this incident before.. hmmmm LOL I just thought it was odd that she said they were parked across from Avery Rd. ... they weren't driving towards them, not driving to the residence and she said they left right after she had called the police. When I come across that interview with Jodi, I will take note of the page and see if it has a specific time.

After reading 300 pages, I can not understand how anyone can come to the conclusion that SA is not guilty. The molestation of EA's adopted daughter by SA is sickening.

Several myths sorted as well. The bus driver - hmm how anyone can find her credible is beyond words. She didn't say she saw Teresa. She said she saw a woman AND she couldn't remember if it was Monday or Wednesday AND she didn't report it until Saturday!

The mystery of how examiners got into the Rav 4 also explained.

RF witnessing SA tell CA that Teresa did not show up! [emoji50]

The guy who allegedly attacked his wife on the same day as Teresa disappeared and has been accused by SA defenders, has an alibi! [emoji50]

RH DID tell LE that he and Teresa had previously been in a relationship even though SA defenders claim he didn't.

Lots of evidence that LE did not focus solely on SA.

Not one person who knew Teresa had a negative thing to say about her. The fact that she was still friends with people she had previously had an intimate relationship with, is a testament to what a valuable person she was and how unfair that her life was taken so brutally.

I don't think EA was involved at all. CA possibly had knowledge after the fact. SA was the only brother to use Auto Trader.

here is the report for the guy that heard a "whoosh" and smelled something "vile" and his cows knocked over fences.

First, I find it really hard to believe that if it was at Avery's, that he could hear that from that far away.... AND that the buildings surrounding the fire pit were still standing, not to mention the propane tank JMO

Second, the smell... this is the first time we have read that anyone smelled anything!!! If it was coming from Avery's, how come no one on that property smelled it? what about their neighbours? If someone 4-5 miles away could smell it, surely the neighbours must have been chocked out?

Third, why didn't this guy testify? Because it was the the 1st of November? because it didn't fit the prosecutions timeline? Did they look at area's around this guys farm for any signs of a burn site? I have always thought she was burned elsewhere and not on the property (regardless of who is guilty) Are there any quarries near this guy? I big fire started in a pile of rocks isn't going to blow up buildings if there isn't any buildings around.

We still don't have an answer to when the RAV4 was open. I knew they had a copy made, it's in the evidence list, what is missing from the evidence list is the key they found in the trailer, or at least, I can't find it lol The RAV4 got to the crime lab at 1-2am, it was open when the photographer got there "mid-morning". I'm still reading, but there is no indication of when and where the key was made, and who opened the RAV4 drivers door.

RH and SB - I still have a lot to read, but there seems to be things missing so far. Like why was he on the CASO logs at the crime scene? Who was he with? Where are those reports? Anyone come across those yet?

BC - I have some questions about his day. He said he slept during the day, but sent a text to TH at 12:45 and got no response, he got a voicemail at 2pm, got up and did some things and went back to bed. He showed the officers that he had missed calls later in the day, I guess that's a good alibi? Missed calls.... during the time she would have been missing? The four barrels and also a rear door of a Suzuki Samurai were released to
JOHN ERTL while they were processing the barrels. JOHN ERTL, CHARLES CATES and
GUANG ZHANG got through barrel marked #4 and were in the process of going through barrel
#2 when they were called back to the scene. Barrel marked #4 was placed back on the trailer

Why in the world would they take it back??? oh and... it was taken back on the 7th according to this report.

I have definitely seen the signs of LE pitting the Avery's against each other, even before they used those tactics with Brendan (telling him that SA was already making statements against him) to get the confession. Another thing I found interesting was that on 11/05 LE informed Bobby that they had heard that Stephen said that Bobby saw TH after SA did (pg 91), but there is a problem here because Jodi didn't make that statement until 11/06 (pg. 113)
