That's why they want the new hearingm they have to have a ruling, instead of just being told that the heaing was denied. Essentially.

this could be why George "lost it" this morning
This is a slow process and made even slower when SC says "oh no, we need a ruling for this to proceed any further".

As a parent he is thinking why didn't they do this correctly in the first place.

That's my thought. At this point why does Casey even want out??? Does she think she will be able to do ANYTHING at all without being hounded by media and (DESERVINGLY) harrassed, threatened, and likely even assaulted if she were out???

IMO, of course she does. She does not have a rational mindset, and she probably is incapable of grasping that people do not see her as the victim in all this.

Can someone tell me if bond is likely to be lowered based on the fact that she was formally charged and the bond is too high considered what she is being charged with? I thought I read or heard that somewhere....although I would certainly disagree with this...

Is MitchLite still on? I wonder what his thought is on the possibility of Casey committing suicide? (BTW, Mitch if you are female I apologize for saying "his") I personally see her as being too arrogant and enamoured of herself to harm herself, but I've never been closely involved with anyone like her before. BTW, special thanks to Mitch for all the insight provided thusfar. It is very selfless of you to share your experiences to help us understand this and I think the world of you for how you have handled your daughter and grandchildren. Bless you. :blowkiss:

You know, I have wondered this myself as many have asked here and no one seems to know.
Is it possible that the attorney's agreed to take on this case in hopes that there could be a possible lawsuit against Orange County? I know recently in my own town, a local retailer had someone arrested for stealing, an attorney agreed to defend the accused, then turned around and sued the retailer once the truth was out and it wasn't the defendant..
Or is Baez court appointed?
