I saw it mentioned, but why would they? They don't have to release such this early so I am confused as to why they would. Any ideas?

According to the OCSD Narrative, Amy was contacted by Tony L. So I keep wondering where the reports are coming from that Amy knew anything about Caylee being missing on the 15th?!

Anthony Lazzaro called claiming he first learned of Caylee’s disappearance by deputies coming to his house ear~ this morning and inquiring about it. He claims he met the defendant in May and had been dating her since June. He claims he last saw Caylee on or about June 2nd white atthe pool at his complex. He had not seen Caylee since. He has never met Zenaida nor knows where she lives. It was he that contacted Amy Huizenga and had her call me regarding this case.

She had a post on her MySpace--July15--11:38 PM. http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67808 I took the statement from Tony to mean he called Amy to tell her to contact the police.

Here is the video of Amy. It was shot on July 18. She says she found out about Caylee missing "when everybody else did" and that she is "very close" to Casey and the Anthony family, and that she has spoke "a lot" to investigators.

well then, that confirms that a police report was filed, which we assumed, but there are 2 reasons charges have not been filed against Casey.
1. Amy withdrew the charges and was remibursed the money elsewhere for some reason.
2. That testimony and issue are being reviewed by the GJ or already have been in conjunction with the upgrading of charges,, there ya have it.

Good morning everyone.

Not only is there no new info, but apparently Cindy told the vigil last night that there was nothing her or Casey could do to find Caylee and they were calm about that. That makes me so upset. How in the world could she believe that there is nothing Casey could do to help find Caylee. It seems to me they just don't care about Caylee or what Casey has done to her.

IMO only.

Unfortunately, I think Casey has Cindy well trained to believe whatever story she tells. I saw the same thing in another part of my family. My grandparents would believe the most ridiculous things from my uncle. It drove me nuts. Nothing was ever his fault.

That's the story being reported. Casey's lies are fantastic, aren't they? Amy hid her own money from herself while sleepwalking!

I recently had $500 stolen from my wallet from movers....the guy who stole it tried convincing me of something similar (said he saw it in my hands etc and that I must have misplaced it)....took me about 10 minutes to figure out he was not telling the truth.

Her and her group of friends are going to be great prosecution witnesses. Which is why they don't talk. Especially if they've gone before a grand jury. There are severe penalties for discussing your testimony to a grand jury. The defense is using them to cast reasonable doubt and going to attack their characters to discredit them.

I'm really thinking there is a GJ out there working on this. Because the defense is acting as if there is a trial about to start or already has.

Yup, I think they sprung her to interfere with it, make the DA charge beforehand and up the anty on the discovery.

SuziQ you have to remember Casey cares more about her friends than she does for her own daughters safety & return. She should become a martyr because she sacrificed herself too. :blowkiss:
