Cindy's vacation ended on June 8th based on her testimony at the bond hearing.

I still think that Casey killed Caylee on the 16 and somehow knew about Zanaida's name being on that guest register. Either she went there (wasn't it close to the boyfriend's house?) and snooped at the guest book to get a name that was close to the time she killed the baby or something. I wish the management there would have some memory of seeing her hanging around. Somehow she knew that woman had been there and used her name. Remember, Casey had 31 days to come up with an alibi using Zanaida's name and address. Why she thought she would get away with this is beyond me. That or any of her other lies.

Just a thought- all the talk of the maggots, but no mention of flies. You can't really have one without the other.

I am VERY much in agreement. It would be too much of a coincidence otherwise.

respectfully snipped
Therefore, George might have been too far away to smell decomposition in the trunk.

You can smell decomposition from pretty far away....and George wouldn't be the only one to smell it on her car if she had been driving around like that. I don't believe the car smelled on the 24th....due to that and that alone.

You could be right but how much decomposing matter? A whole body that had been decomposing for days -- 20 feet? Simply a small spot -- recently there that had been competing with the smell of gas cans -- 2 feet? We don't know. If George did smell it, and recognize it, was he shocked into bewilderment, protectionistic feelings and silence -- not wanting to confront Casey who was known to lose her temper easily and be very agressive with family members? Who knows? I don't. To me, this means it doesn't rule out that the body may have been in the trunk prior to the 24th. It also means it doesn't rule out that the body could have been in the trunk for the first time after the 24th.

Right...there are alot of variables. The article I just linked discusses some of that. We just don't know....you are right.

I do think she could've left her in the backyard for a short time, which, imo, would cause the dog to hit on that area. I'm still trying to figure out how the Sawgrass apts. fit into this, like who she knows there and how she picked Zenaida's name.

I have been thinking about the apartments and how Casey took the police there. I do think the choice of Zenaida's name was just PURE FICTION AND GOOD ESTIMATION (probabilities) on Casey's behalf that that was a very common name. But like others I still believe there is significance to her chosing that apartment but I couldn't come up with a theory. Here is one that connects with our discussion where she could have put Caylee.

1. Usually killers hide their victims in areas they know, they are comfortable to move around. If there is a victim in this case....

2. Wasn't a friend of Casey's living across the street of the building she chose as the home of the ''nanny''?

3. What if she took the police there hoping that they will investigate the surrounding area as well and do ground searches around that building as part of her plan? Create an imaginary nanny, live the child somewhere in the building or close to the building, create a fake story about an abduction by an imaginary nanny, and think that the police will search and find Caylee there and blame everything on this imaginary nanny? What if that was the purpose she chose that specific building? You know what? :eek::eek: Someone should check the roof of that building!!!!!![COLOR]

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Maybe she went there on the 17th at the same time as Zenaida was there and someone in the office told Zenaida what apartments were available, and so forth, which she overheard? Or maybe she even asked, but never filled out a guest card? Just trying to figure it out!

Across from JP/Amy/Ricardo is one of the locations that Casey took LE to on her wild goose chase and told them that it was a condo/townhouse (?) that ZG's mother used to own.

To my knowledge, Cindy is the only one that claimed there were maggots in the car. And she didn't even mention it until several days after she first told the "pizza" story.

If you read all of the daily recaps. You should be up to date. CSI blacked out the windows in the back of the house which is what they do when they photograph with luminol. The back of the house faces the pool.

they were looking for this evidence no where does it say LE found this am I correct?

Can I ask a dumb question? Why would Casey want a different cell phone, or one that would not be linked to her? I mean, how does that cover anything?

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I apologise for quoting myself but....what if Cayse is telling the ''truth''? And what I mean when she kicks and screams that the police is not listening to her, she planned for them to check more thoroughly the building she took them as the residence of the nanny!!!! What if this is the meaning of her insistence the police is not listening, she is close at home, etc etc. She planned it this way, to have Caylee be found in the place she says the nanny lived, but because the police found there was no credible info that a Zenaida existed in Casey's life and due to all her other lies never really checked the building Cayse took them? Have they checked the basement, the roof, the area around it? What if?????????

I

Im sorry I don't understand you....found what?

It was heavily surmised that they were performing luminol photography and it is in the search warrant that they were looking for "bodily fluids/blood etc which is what luminol exposes.

When they perform luminol photography they will black out windows to stop extraneous light from coming in.

We don't know what they found....just what they were looking for.
