The one thing that immediately jumped out at me is the fact that the flurry of phone calls from Casey to her family - to their cell phones and places of work, went unanswered. This strongly suggests that there had been some sort of heated argument in the past 24 hours, perhaps an ultimatum, and George and Cindy were ignoring Casey's calls. Unanswered calls means, "we're done talking about it."

You know... the thing that seems odd to me is that even though all the calls were unanswered... Casey didn't leave ANY voice mail?

Either asking the person to call back ASAP or to drop a few choice words if she was calling because she was angry at everyone. And she's angry w/ her mom, dad AND Lee also?

No I think it's more likely she was looking for HELP.... not calling to fight with anyone.

So very interesting. As I said, is it possible that Casey actually believes herself?

Well, I didn't actually BELIEVE it, I mean I KNEW it wasn't so ... but I would be able to go into the 'act' of it, as if I were starring in a movie.

Does that make sense?

I suppose it's what a good actor does, put themselves 'in' the part, and their emotions and even physical body can react to the imaginary scene.

I'm still not seeing where it's been stated that the real ZG drove a Ford Focus. Casey said she did, but does ZG really own a Ford Focus.

You are correct. This is what Casey says, but if the car does match then the license plate lookup theory or similar has to be true.

I asked that same question on this thread, I was told that no one knows.

Do you guys remember when she kept spelling out the full name of her perpetrator? She never wrote her a single check - how would she know the exact spelling of the name of the woman at the Sawgrass on the 17th???

Does anyone know if they have voicemail? My kid has a prepaid cell phone with no voice mail. A lot of people don't ever activate their voice mail.

Panthera:
Yes, they were on the visitor's log to see Casey. See it here.

  • #286
I'm sorry I did see your post but I have no idea who they are. You said they were on a visitor's log?

I think we discussed this once and Stephanie was a My Space friend but not sure of the other I ask once but I don't think I saw the answer

Amster.............this is the one question that's been bugging me ever since Mark Fuhrman made that statement about the phone calls and the time frame of June 16th - 18th. It was very obvious that Mark Fuhrman had access to Casey's cell phone records.

On June 16th, Casey left the Anthony home at 12:50pm and George left for work at about 2:30pm.

At about 3:00pm to 4:00pm there was a flurry of calls from Casey's cellphone to her mother, father, and two other (un-named) people. There were 6 calls each to Cindy and George, and all calls were unanswered. The calls were made to their cellphones and places of work.

At 4:00pm, the calls ceased until about 6:00pm, at which time there was another flurry of calls from Casey. This flurry of calls lasted until about 7:30pm and again were unanswered. After 7:30pm there were no more calls until the next day, June 17th.

On June 18th, Casey came to her parent's home when they were not there, backing her car into the driveway, which was unusual for her. She borrowed a shovel from the neighbor, and returned the shovel within an hour. There was another flurry of phone calls on this day.

We know that no one has seen Caylee since she left the Anthony home on June 16th - not any family member or those within Casey's circle of friends.

Something happened on June 16th.

If we knew the answers to what transpired between June 16th and June 18th, we'd know what happened to Caylee.

Whatever happened between June 16th and June 18th was done and over by Friday, June 20th, because Casey was happy and living it up at the Fusian club, bumping and grinding with a girl on stage as if she didn't have a care in the world!

love the way you laid that all out.
I think Casey backed her car up in the driveway, borrowed the shovel, broke the lock on the shed, took the gas cans and put them in her trunk, then returned the shovel, and drove off, on the 18th. why? I don't think it's because she needed the gas, and I don't think it was to destroy evidence.

~~ snipped
I'd like to ask here, would you rather I just put all the information together in ONE post, or break it up as I'm doing?

Thanks

I think you are doing an excellent job telling your story. I hope that you will continue....

I posted this a few pages back with no response. Anyone have an idea of how these people are related to this case?
SK is a friend...not sure about the other.

aprilshowers

Was there ever a sense of guilt, shame or remorse?

When did mom report the credit cards as stolen? Because Casey really might have needed the gas.

  • #293
But when she was showed a picture of her, Casey said she never met her. She wasn't trying to frame her.

All Casey had to keep saying is, no that's not the one....forever! Every Zg they come up with, wether it is the one that was at the sawgrass apts or another random ZG, Casey would just keep saying, sorry wrong one, you LE don't know what you are doing.

Cindy has voicemail. She referred to getting a message on her phone early on (something about someone trying to send along a "tip").

Another thing, in Lee's most recent interview before Casey refused to see him, the reporters asked him about the claim that Casey talked to Caylee on the phone on the 15th, but we've been told this did not occur. His reply was that there were several private/blocked numbers on that day. I wonder if there is any truth to this and if so why would it be released as another of Casey's lies if the police couldn't be positive the call didn't occur. Is Lee lying?

As per the warrant there were no calls on Casey's phone in the time period she reported talking with Caylee.

Thanks for sharing AprilShowers.

I guess you needed PROOF that people loved you & would protect you no matter what??

Yes I did, and the 'proof' had to be words and actions that would put my heart at rest.

Somebody here said that Casey's parents should tell her how very much she means to them, how much they love her, and no matter what she did, they would be there for HER ... thereby hopefully get more information.

I'm not sure if this is the case with her, but if she is anything like I use to be, it would mean the WORLD to her, to hear that .. but she would need to know it was sincere, and that it would remain sincere ... in other words, maybe she never truly felt loved by them ... and even if they said it now, she might just take it as manipulation for information, so it just might not work .. because (and not saying this is the case) her parents just might NOT mean it.

JMO of course.

Casey doesn't even have to say the wrong one. She could make some poor ladies life hell just for the fun of it. It might only last a day or two but it would probably haunt that individual for a long time.

THANK YOU ALL FOR GREAT UPDATES...I have been lurking daily....Working 7 days lately does not give me the time to participate, but this case is driving me crazy.

As some of you know I too have a bipolar daughter and Casey has been displaying lots of the symptoms too familiar....
But her mom too is off balance...This entire family seems dysfunctional.
I do not understand the father who was a LE, I think he could have guided the police much better,
unless he has been an enabler in his dysfunctional family.
THANK YOU ALL for a great job....I can't waite for this case to move forward and I pray that Caylee is OK.

fIxingtoburst, I've missed something! What credit cards? Are you saying Casey took some of her mom's credit cards? I thought I heard Cindy say something in the 911 call about her checking account?

In choosing a Hispanic name for the babysitter Casey may have been taking a leaf out of Susan Smith's book ie.. she blamed it on a black man carjacking her car and her children. In other words, I'll blame it on someone Hispanic and I'll be believed.
Molly, I thought of this as soon as I heard about Zenaida. Susan had a composite sketch of this so-called black carjacker while Casey has the real name of many Hispanic women. What a horrible nightmare she's created for all of them.
