I haven't read any of the recent posts on this thread. But a thought popped in my head a minute or so ago ....

CA is trying desperately to get Casey to walk on these charges. In her heart of hearts she must know that Casey murdered Caylee. What on Earth does Cindy think Casey would be like if she were to go free as Cindy wants? Does she think Casey will be any different? Does she not realize that Casey would be 10 times more dangerous (to pretty much anyone who got in her way) if she was able to get away with murder? Does she think that she could actually control Casey?

What on Gods name is CA thinking????

I too have thought about this lately. I think it is b/c the trial is actually in sight now. The only explanation I can come up with is that CA hasn't gotten that far in her thinking yet. Perhaps she is still consumed with ways to get KC off. IDK????

It looks like CA has made a remarkable recovery from the frumpy old depressed Granny phase she was going through, it appears to have happened soon after she testified about her memory problems.
Today she was well dressed, the camera watched her (several times) laughing and chattering away to her companion. Her hair was back to her normal style and she was made up and manicured.
I guess her SS Disability has come through and she can relax... :innocent:

Yes, imagine! What happens if Casey walks? What will that do to the family? Could Cindy and George allow her back into their graces knowing deep down that Casey murdered Caylee and partied for a month after, with no worries, no cares?

What kind of life would it be for the entire family? If Casey gets off because the jury buys GA and LA molested poor innocent Casey, and Cindy stood by letting it happen, how could any of them look at her again after she trashed her daughter and then the entire family just to save herself? What kind of relationship could they have after all that?

I know I couldn't live with it.

The anger, the resentment on all sides. Remember, they "wouldn't" bail out Casey in the beginning, according to Casey. I'd be afraid even more danger would be lurking just under the surface of everyone. Resentment would be fierce.

Would she go back to live with her parents? She'd probably have to: no money, no friends, no job, no place to stay, unless one of her pen-pals decides to support her or makes a very generous contribution.

After all the lying and temper tantrums and bad judgment Cindy has exhibited, I just can't see her going back to the position of Nurse Case Manager, nor could I see Gentiva wanting to be associated with her (they have an excellent reputation nationally), nor would I trust her as a bedside nurse!!! After all, Cindy couldn't tell the difference between Chloroform and Chlorophyll!!!

Yes, disability insurance from a private company has time limitations. Don't forget, though, after that runs out, she can apply for Social Security disability. She's past 50, so the struggle wouldn't be too difficult, especially if she already received a declaration of "disabled" from her employer's insurance company.

I agree, though, if she's able to get to court regularly, be there on time, and be there all day, she's well enough to have a job. If she can't work as a nurse (and she shouldn't), we know she knows how to keep a neat house (white carpets with a toddler in the house!), she could certainly start her own housekeeping service.

the lady who said sardines was just being friendly. cindy replied as if we all ran in to be with her. we were in line for elevator first and she walked in firsts with friends. it was sarcastic. lady i was in line with laughed after we got off elevator. i said to lady its not like we all grabbed our cells and took a pic- lady said i wanted to say get over yourself-b---. but she did not thank goodness-or we would have had a problem-lol. so much for sardine talk-lol

Most long term disability policies that you would buy through an employer have a limit of 2 years. If you are not able to work after that, then SSI is the next step.
She has obviously not gone back to work so it's a safe assumption that she has got SSI disability or come into some money....

CA *is* truly "unbelievable"....did you hear that comment in the 48 HRS special...she said KC "was my best friend".
THIS is WHY KC is so screwed up. KC needed a parent, not a "friend". CA is so full of herself! She said that Caylee was "everyone's child"...nnooooooo.....she was KC's CHILD. I can see (in many ways) how resentful KC would be, watching CA be Caylee's Mother. What a hopeless clueless woman CA is!
