Cindy is Unbelievable

awe, thanks-lol. I am not shy , have a lot of nerve and great humor. I can usually get my point across with a smile even if i am sarcastic too- so cindy may have met her match-lol. truthfully- cindy and george have never ever been rude to me. I have spoke to them alone and with other around before hearings or breaks.
I have walked right up to her in court and spoke- same of george. I have spoke with state atty team.and defense and andrea. nothing big just maybe a small chit chat. However I was in elelvator with ashton on day he did his opening statements of how casey may have died. I told him he was amazing as not a dry eye on some of us. I told jose I liked his smirk- he blushed-lol. I talk to anyone-lol!!!

I can say I am fair-. I sometimes agree with the comment a liar, does not make a killer . Then I debate with myself on those non reactions I posted about. so no comment on guilty or innocent. Since I was not the one who spoke of sardines and the reply was not to me-when I walked to parking garage by myself to my car I thought - it must be hard to be cindy. She has become defensive of why people seem to enter an elevator with her. If she goes to bathroom people follow her. cameras, reporters, the public. I would probably scream - its my private toilet time people!!!!lol oh - the agony of fame = good or bad -its damm hard to be cindy I bet. I thought she really thinks we are trying to just get close to her - not that we wanted to get out just like her. Then i felt maybe she felt everyone wants to invade her space. I really felt she must feel like a bug under a microscope!

The only reason anyone would notice one particular bug among all the other similar bugs is if it was flapping around making a loud noise or if someone thought that bug was harmful. :panic:

If Cindy had responded to this whole mess with quiet dignity, most of the population wouldn't even recognize her face.

:hand:Her job was Not strictly a desk job, it also required visiting patients and doing care and assessment. I worked many years doing home health, under Nurse Case Managers, and even for Gentiva... However, that being said, with Cindy's history of lying since Caylee was gone, and covering up, and calling Chloroform, Chlorophyll, and denying that a 7-mo. female was pregnant, I highly doubt she will ever be rehired as a nurse for those reasons alone!!!:snooty::eek::eek::eek:

I wish I could recall who was interviewing her when she said her job was administrative and she had NO contact with patients.
I'll have a think...

I believe that Casey is truly a full blown psychopath and that she may have had her mother fooled and manipulated into thinking that she thought her mom was her best friend. I've heard many younger women say that their mom was their best friend,so often that it seems like a trend or popular thing to say. Casey probably picked up on the trend and used it to her advantage in manipulating Cindy for awhile. Casey probably told Cindy that many times over a two year period, but Cindy does more harm that good with all her statements. The "best friend" statement is ridiculous because everyone knows that Casey used her parents and abused them very badly after she had Caylee. It just makes Casey look even more like a psychopath/sociopath.

I think she is best described as a sociopath. Ted Bundy and his ilk are sociopaths in that they plan and evade for quite a while.

KC doesn't plan further than 10 minutes as we can see in her Universal interview.

Well, I don't know if Cindy was telling one of her "mis-truths" or not:snooty:, but I know what the requirements of the Nurse Case Manager job are, I have worked under several of them, and I have also worked for Gentiva Home Health. All of them require them to go out to patient's homes and do assessments, care, and visitations when the patient's health requires it. They do things like tube feedings, wound care, injections, nutritional assessments, safety in the home, IV's and such that Home Health aides would not be capable of doing. This is in addition to their "desk job" obtaining doctor's orders and coordinating patient care- therapists, aides, equipment, etc...

A I'm on disability leave right now.

Q Okay. So at some point in time you desire to go back
A Yes.
-- to Gentiva?

Q What was it that you were doing for them?

A I'm a manager of clinical practice.

Q Which means? What would you do on a daily
basis?

A I have a caseload of patients, about 120
patients and I have a staff of nurses and physical
therapists which I have to manage.

Q Okay. Is that -- you said you had a caseload
of clinical patients?

A Yes.

Q So you still did hands-on work --

A No.

Q -- with patients, or no?

A My nurses and therapists out in the field

did. I had to review their -- all of their paperwork
and submit their care plans to the physicians and make
sure all the orders were complete, make sure the
insurance was, you know, billed and everything.

Q Taken care of. Right.

A So, yes.

Q All right.

It wouldn't be like Cindy to exaggerate her importance or her title, now would it.

Pfff...manipulate, manipulate, manipulate..

Methinks Cindy's supervisor would be the best person to answer her job description.

Job description sounds accurate. I used to be in that same position and performed those duties. I do , however, recognize pregnancy when I see it and know the difference between chlorophyl and chloroform. :great:

Yes, but did you perform home health visits??? I'm trying to determine if she's lying, or if she is really a level up from a Nurse Case Manager...

The only home visits I made were to evaluate and check on staff while they were making routine visits. I did no actual visits to clients . We were called case managers. Sounds the same to me, but each agency probably has their own protocols to some extent. I didn't like it because I got no hands on time. I left and took a job as director of a nursing home. LOTS of hands on!!!! LOL

Okay, well I've worked for Gentiva and other HHA's in California, and they did have the case managers go out for evaluations and treatments...

I'm sure you are right. I speak from 10 plus years ago and in Okla. Also , not for Gentiva, so there could have been vast differences. You are probably more attuned to current use. It is also likely she is "mistruthing" since she does that regularly.:twocents::twocents:

Nurse Case Manager, in Home Health is just the new term for Visiting Nurse.
CA was the Nurse Practice Manager. She supervised those Nurses and the therapists.

And you also probably know the difference between the smell of human decomposition and the smell of rotten pizza.....

Just sayin' :floorlaugh:

If she can go to court and testify and endure the pressure, stress, and organization which that requires, there is NO reason she should be on any kind of SSI imo. If she had a truly debilitating disorder (panic/anxiety, etc) she wouldn't be able to do those things. They are far more stressful than a normal workday for most folks. I'm sure she thinks this case is special and unique and so is she and her "grief" but that's just not the case.

I wouldn't worry about her being on SSI. I don't see how she would qualify. First they'd check her assets, bank accts and retirement accts (ok maybe ICA emptied those). They'd also look at 'kid finding' boats.

Then she'd have to show she was too sick to perform her work as a nurse that, apparently, didn't require any heavy lifting (according to her own description). She could probably get herself out of doing that job based on anxiety due to having a sociopathic murderer for a daughter, but, I'm not aware of any physical problems that would keep her from doing unskilled work.

Anyone know exactly how old she is?

I'm guessing 'no' to SSI.

I haven't read any of the recent posts on this thread. But a thought popped in my head a minute or so ago ....

CA is trying desperately to get Casey to walk on these charges. In her heart of hearts she must know that Casey murdered Caylee. What on Earth does Cindy think Casey would be like if she were to go free as Cindy wants? Does she think Casey will be any different? Does she not realize that Casey would be 10 times more dangerous (to pretty much anyone who got in her way) if she was able to get away with murder? Does she think that she could actually control Casey?

What on Gods name is CA thinking????

Cindy may be thinking Reality Show ????

Just my 2 cents, but Cindy has a problem with wounded pride and not likely to turn off the irrational BS. Wars are started through the use of wounded pride with absolutely no insight into their problems. The cause has to be outside, the "other", major blame games. See WW1 and WW2 historical analysis. The Germans thought they were superior to and needed to "control" all. They were big on living Myths.

I made decisions for SSI and SSA disability for years and years. To qualify for a mental disability she would have to be unable to perform unskilled work of any kind. If she has the mental ability pick oranges or sort grapefruit, she would not qualify.

Hah! And I do it now. Perhaps she could sort silverware. :floorlaugh:

I didn't mean a mental issue would keep her from working, just, that it could get her out of nursing.

Cindy may be thinking Reality Show ????

If by some miracle, Cindy got her wish, they would have to move to the mountains of Peru to have any peace.

Wonder what she thinks of her wonderful daughter now that the news is out on the DT submitting the video of GA at the tent with the famous "duct tape".
