Cindy's BoA Checking Account

if i remember correctly, casey told lee in a phone visit that she recently opened a wachovia account.

She could have lied.

but I don't think we have seen the last of the financial docs for the A's and we haven't seen anything for Casey..not even that LE searched and found nothing...

To his credit, although mom had given Casey's receipts found in Casey's purse to her lawyer, Lee did sit down at Baez's office and write down for Eric and Yuri the exact amounts, dates and times, names of stores on those ten to twelve receipts Casey had saved. He did pay the balance due on her cell phone to enable him to have access to her cell phone records, which he promptly printed and gave to the detectives as well.
That is a lot more cooperation than we got from Cindy when Yuri asked her for her statements. She replied to him , "I've already looked at them. There is nothing there".

Yuri explained, "See.....that is the answer I cannot have; because I know she has been all over with your credit card!"

Now that we see the records for ourselves, mind you ...these aren't even the credit card ones, one could infer she was not being truthful. There certainly was something there! I imagine John Morgan is having a field day with these records. It escapes me, why the hell Casey is not being strongly encouraged to settle that civil suit, like yesterday, to stop the bleeding of more and more folks going under oath to detail how not only she , but mom and pop have lied. All of those sworn statements are going to come back on them, in ways that would be tough to measure.

Lead detective Yuri Melich imploring upon Mrs. Anthony to listen, "Cindy...please...please...please...let me talk.
I can't even talk you.
You are not letting me talk to you!
We need to focus,
this is the time we need to focus,
not on creating stories,
not on changing stories,
we need to FOCUS on finding Caylee.
Pretend Casey is not your daughter....
All the lies;
All the inconsistencies;
All the stories;
All the evidence;
All the facts;
All the people that don't exist,
what do you in your heart believe?"

CA, "Not knowing Casey, I would think the worst".

The hardworking taxpayers of the jury are going to agree with her on that.

IMO, if she did, IF she did lie to these detectives and certainly to the federal officers, even once by omission, it is egregious! The documents and bank statements , credit card reports are irrefutable. The parents lying does not serve their daughter's case. Why don't they know that?
Like Casey's, these lies are so easily disprovable. Even at the moment he asked her questions, Yuri had already found video tape store proof to know what the truth should have sounded like. Cindy knows he can subpoena each establishment, he is sitting there showing her letter after letter from businesses answering his requests, yet still she continues on, nonstop. Watching her here, makes Casey taking the detectives to the end of the hallway at Universal much less shocking. Vile, yes. Shocking, no.

When she hangs her head in the hearings, only God knows the variety of complicated reasons. MOO
Just the checking account alone reveals how far off in the ditch this Casey train had ran. I wonder if part of her plan was to inherit the house. One does not need to know about neck breaking and household weapons to subdue a toddler. By his body language, it seems George has had it. Six more months, of mitigation digging up bones.....maybe by then mom will have
too. Those computer searches sure would keep me up at night, if my daughter stealing did not.
A divorce is inevitable.
Divided they fall.

And, may I add to your wonderful post, in light of the proof (i.e. receipts) showing Casey was in Orlando the whole time, Cindy insists on wasting everyone's time with trying to place Casey in Tampa, Jax, Hard Rock, etc. What a huge waste, her timeline.

If you look up egregious in the dictionary, there is a picture of Cindy right next to it. At least there is in mine...

I haven't been able to read all your posts or look at Julia's wonderful Youtube links as when I am not at my office I am either on an aircard (grrrrr) or my iphone. But I have to add one thing to this topic and it's really basic - and probably already been mentioned.

When you don't have any money you know EXACTLY how much you have in the bank and your billfold. I know I do!

Lancelot, that is brilliant! Guess why Cindy had to leave early from this meeting? There was somewhere she and George had to be. WTH?
While she has to get to ( a media interview, is my guess ) something more important to her than meeting with the detectives, she has the nerve to criticize LE for not coming to her home daily to brief her on what leads they followed up on that day. She is outraged that tipsters don't get a follow up call to set out what the outcome of their lead was. What in the world? The President of the United States is likely the only one who gets that kind of service. It is just plain dumb to ask for it. George was in LE for years, he knows that is not how things work. I used to believe Cindy purposely was in cover up and the delusion was feigned. The more I see and is revealed I believe that it is not only Casey that has a very poor grasp of reality, or in the words of Tracey, the body guard, "No grasp".

Check out what Yuri tells her in this one. Priceless!! Six minute mark.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYz1ML5mCdE[/ame]
He continues to point out things SHE has said that are factually wrong , let alone everything, "Every single thing she (Casey) has told us we have proven to be a lie". Although this was in 2008 when he showed her the proof, page by page, she continues two years later t o maintain these stories of Casey's.
Baez wants to attack Yuri saying they botched the investigation by focusing only on Casey. The jury is not going to buy that after hearing all the lies and how she impeded the officers trying to find this child. It just defies common sense. They better come to the jury with something better than, "A liar doesn't make you a murderer".

"Amy could be Zanny. Zanny has brown hair, but that could be code for blonde hair. Zanny could be a generic term for babysitter. Jeff could be a reference to Ricardo. Jeff could be a generic term for boyfriend. If Ricardo introduced Amy to KC, that could be code for Jeff introducing Zanny to KC. The Jacksonville connection could be code for the car at Amscot. Hard Rock Cafe could mean Rock Band. Jeff getting KC's car fixed was code for KC not knowing where the car was". How could this lady have managed a nursing staff?

Maybe Mr Baez could cite another case where a woman has refused to give DNA to assist LE in their search for her missing child..

Hello WS :cool2:

You don't have to "speak in code" if you are telling the truth. Of course, Casey had to protect Caylee, the family...as you can see these ruthless kidnappers will stop at nothing...

Yes, Cindy lives in a dream world. Maybe I should say, "nightmare" world. A faster trial would have been better for Casey. As time goes by it becomes more and more apparent that Casey is a liar who killed her own daughter.

Before, when we were sleuthing that Casey had stole money-I would think about the times I went into my mom's purse to get some cash. (I'm not proud) But the sheer amount of transactions(and we haven't even seen the credit card receipts), the amounts she was stealing is way beyond what I thought we were talking about here. Of course there was Cindy at every turn either lying completely saying Casey never stole or downplaying the instances, I fell for it a bit. The total cash I took might equal a hundred dollars and I would have NEVER messed with their checks or their bank accounts!

I knew my parents would call the police AND tell them to lock me up and throw away the key.

The fact that Cindy let Casey have any access to her accounts after the first time she caught her stealing...makes zero sense to me. Crazy is just crazy, I guess.

Thank you and OMG! This paragraph alone is all I will need to show my family (who thinks I've gone off my rocker following this case.) At this point I don't make it a point to keep them semi-updated anymore. But WE all know there is still a trial coming in May.

Here's me - (jumping up and down to my husband & kids).....

'See! See! These are the people involved in this case!!! I HAVE to watch!'

I TRIED to fix the quotes function - but i just keep making it worse

When your daughter is:

a)your daughter
b)your BFF
c)yourself
d)all of the above

How can you NOT cover for her? How is this not clear to you people! :crazy:

Crazy is as crazy does - thats pretty much where I'm left as well, chiquita.

:innocent:Not to be TOO snarky:innocent:........................ :banghead:BUT

given all the "if"s, "could be"s, "might be"s in the convoluted statements that the "real life sleuther", the great and amazing CYNTHIA, to contrast her from "we" "WEBLIFE" sleuthers (please fellow LE, scientists, logical humanoids & rational 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sapiens do NOT take offense!), HOW :banghead:did she manage to negotiate in the field of "nuts & bolts" medicine/nursing/patient care?:furious:

I mean really......perhaps a mcg really meant a "big gulp" in :crazy:Anthonyspeak:crazy:!:crazy::dance::crazy:

In my book of "Codespeak for Dummies", the above statements are the code for "CRAZY TRAIN"!

I think Cindy's right--Casey is speaking in code. But IMO the A's are using the wrong secret decoder ring. Here are some better guesses:

"I dropped off Caylee at Sawgrass apartments and I haven't seen her since" is code for "I dropped off Caylee's body down the street and I haven't seen her since."

"Zanny said she was going to take Caylee away to teach me a lesson" is code for "I took Caylee away to teach you a lesson."

"I spent the night pacing and worrying at my boyfriend's apartment" is code for "I spent the night watching movies and having sex at my boyfriend's apartment."

"I'm a spiteful b****" is code for--wait, never mind, that one's not in code.

I'm getting ill listening to these vids. She does nothing but try to accuse innocent people. Claiming it's suspicious if her ex-friends don't want to hand out fliers?? She needs to be in prison.

I do the same thing! My family can't believe I am still so obsessed with this case, but they all know there is a spot on the couch with my name on it come May.

Why would CA put up with it? She wanted Caylee! I have friends who take care of their grandchild and they tip-toe all around the parents in order not to "lose the privilege" of taking care of the grandchild! The grandchild is the gigantic trump card. But, CA is in a class of her own. CA definitely is "off her rocker". I've never seen a worse case of someone changing so much reality in order to get what they want!

Perhaps a few here can relate, I know I can, to a sibling getting away with, and taking, far too much due to the existence of grandchildren.

Are you peeking in my window?

Yes, grandchildren used as excuses, as bribes, as threats, as lures. It's not pretty to watch, and the victim will not recognize this enabling behavior in themselves, even when it's pointed out.

This is one of the reasons this case has become so intriguing to me.
