The difference between a pro user and a more casual user would likely be in the brand. As other users have pointed out, there is a big difference between discount duct tape and say, Gorilla Glue duct tape.
Electrical tape has the same quality difference. I have dollar store electrical tape in my car. I doubt an electrician or a pro cable guy etc. would be caught with it.
A pro user is definitely a possibility.If it was electrical tape maybe someone who uses it for their job and had it in their car?
