The description - if taken from a drivers license can be old. Even in NYS - my picture on my license is 15 years old. DMV does not require an updated picture and now that they renew online - automatically the picture transfers to the new license. We often comment about security at the borders when our IDs are so out of date.

I doubt they would have taken this info from his dl. Isn't there usually a height marker behind mug shots? They would need to know his actual weight upon admittance in case he went on a hunger strike! He's a big dude, regardless.

Unless they were volunteers or staff, I would think this would be a very delicate matter of privacy to consider whether to release names.

The "shack" in Black Mountain was not his only place of residence. He also lived part of the time in a house in Swannanoa, NC.
