Civilian clothes and no handcuffs/shackles. So he can participate in his defense (take notes).

He's been a good boy so...

But if he must be restrained, can he have no show ones?

Will the court, with input from the security detail, allow him to be free range? One handcuff, under the table? Ankle shackles? Rack belt? Ankle zapper? Bear claw?

Easy motion. I expect the first part to granted in full (civilian clothes) and the second, granted in part (no double handcuffs but some less conspicuous restraint).

Fun summer behind bars. May he be granted more of the same.

Hah, not surprising and he'll probably be allowed since he hasn't been convicted...yet! Maybe he can get some highlights (his roots are showing) and botox touch ups while they're at it.

I like to think that SM is tormenting him from beyond the grave. I will never know the background that went into finding her (random, I do not tend to believe), but yes , there was a lot of divine justice right there. I bet Mr. Barry Morphew had a few sleepless nights over that.

Yeah. Speaking of Barry’s reasoning. If we went around killing all those who hurt us or those we “perceive” did us wrong, or those we feel are in the way of our own desires, there would be no one left alive.
That’s what forgiveness and moving on is all about. I see Barry as greedy.
