That was fun to read.
Civilian clothes and no handcuffs/shackles. So he can participate in his defense (take notes).
He's been a good boy so...
But if he must be restrained, can he have no show ones?
Will the court, with input from the security detail, allow him to be free range? One handcuff, under the table? Ankle shackles? Rack belt? Ankle zapper? Bear claw?
Easy motion. I expect the first part to granted in full (civilian clothes) and the second, granted in part (no double handcuffs but some less conspicuous restraint).
Fun summer behind bars. May he be granted more of the same.
