Good morning everyone!:seeya:

I have been thinking again this morning. Dont laugh well go ahead and laugh!lol

So many seem to be sure that Mr. Redwine is the one that is in the middle of Dylan's disappearance but I still have questions that make no logical sense to me.

If he was trying to stage an 'abduction or disappearance' of Dylan then why didnt he leave some of Dylan's clothing/items scattered about? Like maybe his outer shorts dropped on the floor or t-shirt.

Why would he leave nothing behind if he was planning this 'staged abduction' or 'disappearnce' when he would have had the backpack available where it would make it look more convincing that Dylan had been there?

This is not a stupid man nor do I think he is a guilty one either. JMO

IIRC, there was a shirt and possibly socks left behind? Why didn't MR offer these up for the scent dogs?

IMO, how well people stage a crime depends on mentally where they are at when doing so. Was MR freaked out and not thinking straight? Was he under the influence? Does he watch CSI or crime shows at all? Did he stage as he went along to match the investigation as it progressed?

Even with the best of efforts, the smartest and most cunning make mistakes when covering up their crimes. My favorites are the husband who claimed his wife went missing when she went jogging. She was found with her shoes on the wrong feet. Her shoe laces were tied the way he would tie his, not the way she would tie hers. Or the wife who disappeared while out running errands. She was found with the dental appliance she wore to bed everynight, still in her mouth.

why remiss? if Dylan was making his way to bayfield it would have bee na different road

this isn't the area closest to MRs home, its part way between durango and Vallecito

while I think of it does anyone know why vallecito is pronounced vycito? its confusing

That's the spanish pronounciation. Valle is prounounce Vi-yay and cito is pronounced ceto.

How long does it take to get the forensic reports from MR's house?

They can have preliminary reports back in little as 2-3 days. They would put a rush on it due to it being a missing child like they did in Jessica Ridgeways case.

The cadavar dogs would alert immediately if they were brought in and I have no reason to believe they werent.

If they were not still considering it they would come out and rule it out just like they did that he didnt run away. They have not taken that off of the table.

I cant guess for I dont know what happened to Dylan. I dont even know if anyone is involved. All the police seem to have is possible theories. Even they have said that they dont have any suspect nor do they know what happened to Dylan.

If THEY should come out and say something differently so that I know it is something based in facts and not speculation then I will give it my full attention...believe me.

IMO

Because they don't always tell the public everything. That's why I pay close attention to their actions instead.

I have read every post and one thing I do not understand are posts that say something along the lines of "I believe there was an accident, something happened with MR and Dylan during an arguement.' How can it be an accident if it is during an argument? MR is an adult and if he hurt Dylan during an argument, then it is not considered an accident even if he didn't mean to do it. I'm guessing those posts mean to say as opposed to premeditated??? What am I missing?

Praying for those searchers today especially Ransom. Hoping and praying that they bring Dylan home!

I dont think they ever said they think he left walking to Bayfield have they? ..........even his father doesnt believe he would walk that far with the terrain being so tough.

Abduction is not about him leaving on his own.

Remember all the talk about Dylan being a hitchhiker?

abduction could occur after he has left on foot, I mean some think he could have been hitchhiking.

so why check that particular section of road that doesn't lead to Bayfield?

They aren't obligated to search the whole state of CO unless they believe they could find some evidence at the locations they are searching.

But they are in the business of ruling others out so they can go forward and of course MR has to be ruled out since he says he is the last one to see Dylan. Even if they only do it behind the scenes and never publicly announce it to the media like has happened in other cases in the past...such as Marlene Lamar and her boyfriend Rick as one example.

True. But how do we know they didn't? They haven't released any info on what they found or didn't find at Dad's house.

True. but they did tells us there were hits on the lake.

Ok, gotcha. I didnt think there was much of an issue whether it was calling or texting. The issue I was responding to was about why she said she didnt know if he had actually reported Dylan missing or not. That was what my post was addressing. And I think I got the facts and gist of the situation correct, although I admit that I do not know if it a call or a text that happened between them. I guess I just assumed, that if my ex texted me such a distressing question as
" Have u heard from our son?" --- I would have dialed his number immediately because a text would not have been sufficient.

Cell phone coverage, I thought, was spotty at best.

LOL! And so do I ..........I have been sizing up LE right here since Jan. 2004.

They have to rule him out even he knows that.

Well hits on the lake does not say they are focused on any suspect.

I sure hope todays search finds Dylan.

The search is starting for DR in Colorado. Can we all take a moment to say a prayer and/or well wishes. It's 22 degrees outside and I think the crews could use all the warmth and support possible.

IMO the location of the search says a lot

seriously why that section if it was a random abduction as some want to believe?

I keep thinking a phone pinged in that area.

Really proud of the people from Colorado. Last night, after a four hour search, a 12 year old girl with Asperger's Syndrome was found after going missing during a hike with her family.

People turned out in the hundreds to search for Jessica right after she went missing.

Today, there are organized searches for Dylan as well as Aaron Martin (a young man from Arvada who has been missing since the end of October), which means probably hundreds of people again searching for these lost members of our community.

I love Colorado!

cell phone coverage might be spotty in ?Vallecito but is it spotty in Bayfield which is where MR was when he texted the question?

I walked 3 miles to school each day, one way. It took me about an hour in high heels.

Wow! Why not walk in arts and change your shoes when you got there?

Still impressive!
