Am I hearing Cory correct, does he say at about 1:26 that Mark will not take a polygraph? Cory also seems frustrated about Mark not doing things to further the process. Although the reporter did say at the end that Mark did take a polygraph. it makes me wonder if Cory is referring to a follow-up polygraph? (not sure)

IMO Cory seemed to want to say more. I do think LE has told Elaine and Cory to be careful about anything they say against Mark. Again MOO

Also how could MR's lack of taking an LDT or talking to LE keep the process from moving forward? Unless LE is focused on him and won't look at other possibilities until he is totally cleared?

And another thing......what the heck is wrong with reporters today ?
Why didn't that reporter , after CR opened the door for it and obviously
wanted to get it out there, say " OH CR , MR won't take a poly ' ? and
let him elaborate on it some more ? Fail to the reporter who finally
got a sit down with them. LAME !

I think she's in the denial stage of grief,

of course she doesn't want to believe, she has to hope Dylan is okay, giving up hope is not possible for her.

It would seem that they fact checked the statement made by CR in the video?

Either way, that interview was just heartbreaking. I hope this family has some answers soon.

Maybe it's to do with another polygraph as I did read in a interview with nancy grace where I think it said it may of been inclusive with Mark . So maybe he is refusing to do another one ??

My guess is because it's a fail or an inconclusive and everyone wants a " PASS" on the ldt to conclusively eliminate MR . My feeling is that LE is not looking at too many other options right now and MR is the focus so if you want us to look at other things, pass the ldt . Is that plausible?

It certainly is interesting. I am glad that the reporter seemed to fact check the statement with the pcso.

We can discuss our speculation based on facts, we cannot post out and out rumors. You can not speculate on something that is not known thru the media and or law enforcement.

I think it's obvious what Cory thinks. I think Elaine doesn't want to believe it's possible. I can see where thinking the man she chose to marry and have kids with could do something like this would be so incredibly disturbing. IF it turns out he did do something to Dylan, I could see Mom blaming herself for choosing him as a Father to her children. Mom's will always find a way to blame themselves because ultimately they are the ones responsible for their children's safety above all others.

I believe MR has been asked to take a 2nd poly and has declined. Possibly at the advice of an attorney. So IF he failed a first poly, or it was inconclusive I guarantee you LE has their eyes on him. Him not officially being named a POI really doesn't mean anything these days.

The problem with him being held by a relative is eventually he would surface and MR would go to jail along with those relatives. I don't think that's a viable option. What would MR gain by that besides a long jail sentence? Dylan is not a 6 month old baby. He is old enough where he could talk and tell everyone what happened.

I think it has now been reported in the MSM that both Mom and Dad did take polygraphs, hasn't it? Obviously Cory is referring to a second one. And why would LE request a second polygraph? Fail or inconclusive.

LE really needs to make some type of statement. Something! Anything! People are wanting answers. The silence is deafening. It makes it appear as though they are doing nothing to find Dylan or find out what happened to him.

I don't think making a statement here or there that they are 'still working the case' is enough.
